"The hope which is laid up for you in heaven."
Colossians 1:5
Our hope in Christ for the future is the mainspring and the mainstay of our joy here. It will animate our hearts to think often of heaven, for all that we can desire is promised there. Here we are…

One sure way to escape sin’s perdition
is to be not trapped by human tradition
that hinders the outpour of God’s spirit,
when searching for one’s heavenly lift.
For sheer knowledge of religious minds
can impede the heart flow of the Divine.
For the truest Love require action of us,
besides Faith’s development in Whom we trust.
A genuine journey of spiritual relationship
comes from Christ’s sacrifice and friendship,
when we completely…

A new search is ongoing,
with Israeli chemists on a trek;
they seek find the color of God,
which was formerly called tekhelet.
Is its significance a harbinger
of future Messianic times?
Can the rabbis or scientists
decipher this dividing line?
It’s an enigmatic shade of blue
that represents God’s infinity
caught between the color spectrum
of visible light and invisibility.
Some experts believe the source,
(though the…

"Promise" I have seen many people disappointed because someone made a promise to them and wasn't able to fulfill it, that cause them to say promises are just made to be broken! But this time, I found it the other way around, Promises are made and needs to be fulfilled or else suffer the consequence especially if you made to God. Ecclesiastes 5:4 says", When you make a promise to God, don't delay in following through, for God takes no pleasure in fools. Keep all the promises you make to him."…

The Gospel, Cheap Grace, and a Lost Eternity
The gospel most evangelicals in the West preach today bears little resemblance to that found in the New Testament. Increasingly the very heart of the biblical gospel message is being stripped away, leaving a shell which offers little of what Jesus and the disciples…

I have never really used the blog...to post anything personal, but I have been very burdened by many of the responses here. I don't understand...the hatred and contempt that I have aroused here. I don't understand why the very words of Jesus are being tossed out and excused, for instance, judging false teachers. This is now a bad thing? We are to just let alone and be silent? That is inexcusable and disobedient to God.
To state that someone will be saved even if they pursue…

Too many today (especially in western culture) want a Christianity that costs them nothing. Salvation is free, but living as a child of God is difficult. The apostles gave up everything to follow Jesus. A great read regarding those who sacrificed much to follow Jesus is Foxe’s Book of Martyrs. Many today, and I am confident of this statement, if faced with such challenges that these folks experienced would walk away and blend back into the world. Do trials cause you to press into or pull…

I find that God's grace is complete when I cannot meet the demands of his law.As the word of God says Romans 5:20- But then Law came in, [only] to expand and increase the trespass [making it more apparent and exciting opposition]. But where sin increased and abounded, grace (God’s unmerited favor) has surpassed it and increased the more and superabounded,His grace is want helps me in my weakness. He is stronger than I am. ANd he is this great treasure that I carry…
