1. People have different expectations about the appearance of the kingdom of God. (V.11)

2. God will test his people to know their hearts. (V.12)

3. God expects us to be good stewards of his gifts, talents and resources. (V.13)

4. God will be hated by the forces of darkness. (V.14)

5. The Son of Man will be proclaimed king and all will be required to give account of their lives. (V.15)

6. Good stewards multiply and grow what has been given to them by God.…

3. Some pray a self exalting prayer. (V.11,12)

4. Some knowing their unworthiness pray in humility. (V.13)

5. God loves humility and will exalt the meek. (V.14)

1. We need to be persistent in prayer. (V.1)

2. There will be people who do not fear God or men. (V.2)

3. Societal position and circumstance are not an excuse to desist from being tenacious. (V.3)

4. Continuous perseverance breaks barriers. (V.4,5)

5. God wants us to learn from parables. (V.6)

6. God will answer determined prayer. (V.7)

7. God will render justice for his people. (V.8)

8. God expects his people to have faith in him. (V.8)

1. Mismanagement leads to unfavourable results. (V.1-2)

2. People of darkness resort to deeds of darkness. (V.3-7)

3. People of the light struggle with questions of integrity. (V.8)

4. Our investment in people's needs will fetch us eternal rewards. (V.9)

1. Our spiritual inheritance should not be misspent and misused. (V.11-13)

2. Events will move to test the frivolous and wasteful. (V.14)

3. A squandered inheritance has adverse consequences. (V.15-16)

4. God's ways and thoughts are not like human thoughts and ways. (V.17-20)

5. God's compassion and grace is beyond human comprehension. (V.21-24)

6. Our track record might become a hindrance to God's work. (V.25-30)

1. God cares for everyone and  is single minded to save the lost. (V.8-10)

1. God's word has great attraction for the lost. (V.1)

2. God's word will be resisted by the leaders of the church. (V.2)

3. God speaks to us in the day to day events of our lives. (V.3)

4. God's burden is that no one should perish. (V.4)

5. God is joyful when the lost repent. (V.5)

6. God rejoices with his angels and saints when the lost are saved. (V.6)

7. God places great importance and focus for the lost. (V.7)

1. Blessed are those who are saved. (V.15)

2. God invites many to eternal life. (V.16,17)

3. People choose to give excuses and disregard God's call and gracious invitation. (V.18,19,20)

4. An angry God will choose those who are not to shame those who are. (V.21,22,23,24)

1. God reaches out to us to make us understand his word and kingdom. (V.18)

2. God's word is based on the atom principle - starts minutely, grows and spreads extensively. (V.19)

3. God's word works through obstacles till it transforms the entire environment. (V.20,21)

Dear Father, I am most grateful for Your abundant love for me. Lord, when I am going through trials, help me never to blame You for what the devil is trying to do. Give me discernment to not only see what the devil is trying to do, but give me the power and courage to rise up against him and overcome him. Lord, I want to always submit unto You and resist the devil as You tell us in Your Word to do in …

Total commitment to do the will of God , cannot be defeated by Satan, made clean holy by Gods Word, inward cleansing, Eph chap 5  25.27  do yourself a favour love Your wife, Like Christ loves the church holy without blemish.

Praise and worship is wonderfull but the word of God makes one pure holy, true pure worship comes from those who are washed by His Word, each of us need to look at what is hindering our growth and like looking in a mirror, to be a hearer and a doer of the word.…

Proverbs chapter 4   Take Gods word as medicine

Give attention to His word, incline your ear to His sayings,  do not let the word depart from your eyes, keep them in your heart.  vs 23 out of your heart springs forth the issues of life, so guard your heart you cannot have the wrong thing in your heart and live right, through being teachable that is how faith comes,.
