Who is your First Love?

“Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. ~~~ Acts 3:19

Repentance and uncompromising to the world are essential to revival. God wants us to repent of all every sin we have, all our hidden sin for there is nothing hidden from God, (Hebrews 4:13) you may think like it is okay to do such things anyways no one is seeing me, but God is watching you wherever you are, He sees everything. No secrets can be hidden forever, for God will bring it into the open (Luke 8:17) He is asking us not to compromise His word to the world’s principles. But that we must stand firm on His very own words. He is after Holiness for without Holiness we can not see God. (Hebrews 12:14)

Are you feeling like you are falling apart? Feeling burnt out doing a ministry? Maybe it is time to assess ourselves. Is Jesus Christ still our first love, is the love still alive or that love gets so cold (Revelation 2:4) . Many times, due to the pressures the world brings we tend to forsake our first love, we tend to be busy doing things that we think it will please Him that we even forget to spend time with Him which is what He longs for us, To spend time with Him, to soak ourselves in His very presence giving up everything to Him and do things with Him and not on our own that the times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. If you are feeling like falling apart, burnt out, God is just telling you to return to Him, He is just waiting for us with an open arms.

God bless everyone!

Blessings on Obedience

Deuteronomy 28:1-14

1“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country. “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.“Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl. “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.“The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.“The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. “The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in His ways. 10 Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you. 11 And the Lord will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the Lordswore to your fathers to give you. 12 The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13 And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.

We are Christ's Ambassadors On Earth.
So we are Christ's ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, "Come back to God!" ~~~ 2 Corinthians 5:20~~~
Do we know what an ambassador is supposed to do, or how an ambassador should behave in private or in Public?
How people view your country depends on how the ambassador behave. Therefore, how people view our Lord Jesus Christ depends on how we behave as Christ's Ambassadors. Always remember, as Christ's representative here on earth it is but important to ask this question everyday and assess ourselves. As Christ's Ambassador, how do I live my daily life in private and in public? Is it pleasing to God?
God bless you all!

Key To Overflowing Blessing

One of the key to overflowing blessing which many of us neglect is honoring the Lord with our wealth. Many asked, what can I give I don’t have money I am not wealthy, I have nothing to give God, but remember wealth is not just limited to money, how about your talents, your abilities, the ideas, the wisdom, your time, your life, are you honoring God with these? or are you using all these for your own pleasure? The Lord said,  Honor  the Lord with all your wealth, with first fruit of all your crops:  then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine     ~~ Proverbs 3:9-10

God's will always prevails!
We all fell down, and I heard a voice saying to me in Aramaic, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is useless for you to fight against my will.' Acts 26:14..

Are you trying to fight and ignore God's will in your life?

~~~No matter what you do, No matter what you say, wherever you go, God's will always prevails..so better stop running from and against God and do what he want you to do and stop murmuring/complaining or standing against God's servant for it is a sin to stand against them or else they will pray and deliver you to the enemy's hand like what Paul did. (II Timothy 4:14) (1 Timothy 1:20)
God bless everyone!
Oh No! don’t let it go…..
Are you at the end of the rope and is about to let go of it?  Hey, come on! It is not  the end of everything. I have been there and I know exactly how it feels.
I would like to encourage you not to let go, don’t quit-never give up. God knows exactly how you feel but He He has his divine reason why He allows you to go through such circumstances.
Today’s Bible passage:
1 Peter 1:7 These trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold — and your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.”
“Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:3-4
Whatever circumstances you may be in today, God is telling you, take heart, that is just to test your faith, and also God promised that He will never leave you nor forsake you, (Hebrews 13: 5).  Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, (don’t give up, continue to persevere) it will  be richly rewarded. Hebrews 10:35. So when things get tough, all the more that you need to be strong in the spirit, hold on tight and fight the good fight of faith, for if you do that and never give up, you will surely gain total victory.   King David also have patiently waited upon the Lord, see Psalm 40:1.
As I always tells the youth of our church, waiting and perseverance is worth rewarding. For God won’t bring you this far to leave you alone but He brought you this far to fulfill His divine plan in your life. Just be still and learn to wait..
For “quitters never win and winners never quit”.
Are You Worried of Your Future Needs?
Today’s Bible Passage:
“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you”.     ~~Matthew 6:33~~
Today’s passage is encouraging us not to worry.Instead of worrying about tomorrow and the future, having all those “what if” in mind, Jesus is telling us hey, what do you gain in worrying (Matthew 6: 27)?. Why don’t you seek God first (and all your worries will be gone,) and all these things will be added to you, Says (Matthew 6:33)  A friend of mine came to me one day, and is so excited to say, I wanna quit my job and do full time ministry. Wow, that’s lovely, that’s great! I responded,but wait,what makes you come up to that decision? She looks at me with a smile and said, I heard that “if you seek God first and do ministry, all things will be added to you.
That’s so true! But wait,  What do you mean by seek God first? And the wordministry? Ministry is a broad term and it is not only limited to standing in the spot light, or going around to share the Word to the world unless you are called to do solely these.
But don’t you know that your work is your ministry? Your family is ministry? Your friends are your ministry?  When you pray, and pray for someone, you are doing ministry? When you clean and when you pick up that piece of plastic on the hall way so others won’t commit accident, you are doing a ministry? When you give to the church, you are doing Ministry? don’t you also know that even when you smile to someone is also a ministry? When you support missionaries, you are doing ministry? And don’t you know that even missionaries also work for a living? Apostle Paul did (2 Thessalonians 3:7-8).Ministry entails everything that we do that glorifies God. Small or big.
When we say seek God first, it doesn’t mean quit your job (unless your job is blocking your loyalty to God) and stay still and pray and let all things come in to place themselves. No.
The verse is encouraging us to go to God first thing first, like Jesus did, before going to work, He goes to the Father first in prayer, meaning let us put God first in everything we do, We must acknowledge Him in all that we do, we must put our trust in Him, commit our every work to Him, we must ask Him to be with us always, plan with God, work with God, do things with God  (Proverbs 3:5-6)  and allow Him to teach/guide us with the right decision and show us ways on how our needs can be met.
Daily Bible Passage
But Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms His covenant, which He swore to your forefathers, as it is today~Deuteronomy 8:18
The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, to send rain in your land in season and to bless all the works of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none!                                                                                                                   ~Deuteronomy 28:12
Today’s passage says ~~~ God doesn’t want us to be idle. He wants us to use the idea, the talents, the gifts, whatever He gave to us, He wants us to move forward, do something,  so that He will have an avenue of blessing us.  As the known phrase says, all truth are parallel. What is true in the natural is also true in the spiritual. Will a father be pleased to see his idle/lazy son doing nothing, just waiting, eating and doing nothing yet he is already old? The bible says, that it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth.. if you notice here it says.. The Ability To Produce Wealth, (Deuteronomy 8:18) Meaning to say, we should not be idle, we have to move, work for only when we work that He blesses us.. look it says He bless the works of our hands.. (Deuteronomy 28:12) How can God bless us if we are not doing anything and just being there Idle.. Will he just drop the blessing from up above? If that will be the case the same thing you can’t still get it because it will drop outside your house and someone might get it. hhhmmmm…. you better get up and move out and be blessed, no more sluggishness people of God.
You are called to success not a mediocre
A farmer, one day,  went to his farm and collected 10 live crabs, puts them in a big pail with water. The three crabs noticed they are not in the place where they are supposed to be.
The First crab says, look we are not meant to be here, this is not where we belong, see we can not even run, if we run to the right it is a dead end, to the left, the same thing, if we go down it’s a dead end, I don’t want to be here!
Yea, you are right! Said the second crab, this is not our place. We have to do something!
Look! Exclaimed the third crab as it looks up, there’s hope for us, we must get out from here.
How can we?  We can not fly, or even jump high! To get out of this place is very impossible!  We can never make it, that is too high for us to jump, just forget about it.
The rest of the crab seeing the situation, decided to just be still and be contented to stay in that situation. But the three crabs did not stop finding ways to get out of the place for they very well know they are not meant to be there, they are created do much more than that and enjoy life.
Everyday, they tried to jump as high as they could to jump off that place. Day after day, after day, they keep on jumping but failed but they never quit, they were not disheartened, they were being invigorated by their vision.
The rest were laughing at them discouraging them saying, you can never make it to the top, why don’t you just quit doing that and join us here down. come on.. forget that dream of yours and just be like one of us.
But the three crabs did not listen to them, they went on doing what they were doing, aiming to jump up high and off the place, then suddenly after a thousand tries, they were able to make it and managed to find the place of their dream where they were more productive and live a happy enjoyable life.
************************************************************************************ In Hebrews 12:1 says, …. let us run the race with perseverance.
Lay aside everything that hinders us in fulfilling the calling God has for us.  We are called to success not a mediocre. Live your dreams, fly high and let God be glorified in your life.
God bless you as you run with perseverance.
You are loved and never forsaken
Do you feel as if you are an orphan?
Was there a time you feel left alone and forsaken by those whom you loved the most?
I myself have experience that but don’t you worry, you are not actually forsaken.
Isaiah 49: 14-16 and Hebrews 13:5″ says, our loved ones may leave us alone, they may forsake us, but God gives us an assurance that He will never leave us nor forsake us, He will never forget us.
He is our heavenly Father who loves us so deep and has proven His unending love for us at the cross. He gave His only beloved son Jesus Christ to die as a sacrifice for our sins that we might be saved.
We just need to believe in Him and surrender our lives to Him and allow Him to rule over our lives.
So what are you waiting for?
Run to God, put your trust and hope in God and you will never be disappointed.
(Romans 10:11)
