You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book ---- Psalm 56:8

The Power Within You

God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty (1Corinthians 1:27

God has equipped us for every good work. The presence of the Holy Spirit is His guarantee that no matter what you face, He is committed to providing the power and strength you need to accomplish the task, Remember he didn't say, life will be easy but then He will give us the power to and strength to accomplish the task, get through the hurt, and end up victorious in Him.

Remember (1 corinthians 1:27-29) God chooses the weak things to shame those who think they are strong. There is only one way God can be glorified in our life, and that is through our willingness to lay aside our ability, talent, and personal desires in order to follow Him in obedience.

Sacrifice and submission lead to a life of tremendous hope, freedom, and eternal joy. Amen.

God bless you guys! Love you in Christ!

Amen, that's really true..

Prayer is the backbone of every believer..

When prayer life goes down..

everything goes down also..

Knowing the word and studying it. meditating on it.. with prayer..

Gives us the power to defeat the lies the enemy will bring to our minds. Amen.

The bible says in Matthew 25:14-15, “Again the kingdom of God will be like a man on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them. To one, he gave five talents of money, to another, two talents, and to another, one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey”.

To know God's will requires

  • Bible study
  • Surrender and Commitment
  • lots of prayer and
  • patience in waiting on God to open closed doors.

God is more than willing to guide you in making decisions. All you need to do is be willing to be guided.

As a Christian you are constantly faced with many choices. You must know and be doing God's will before you can make the best choices and avoid the many pit falls that can destroy your life. God wants to reveal His will to you more then you are willing to receive it. God knows you in a very intimate way. He has numbered all the hairs on your head. He knows all your actions and what you are doing every second of the day. He knows the motives behind your actions, your secret thoughts and your future. Since only God has all knowledge and knows the future, He is the only one who can give you the correct advice in making your decisions.

God wants you to be successful, but success must be based on His methods, not your desires or the world's methods or philosophy. Therefore, the first basic decision is to determine the motive for your life. Is your motive to be independent of God, gain self-honor, and be successful by the world's standards? God will not bless a ministry based on these motives. You may start a ministry, dedicate it to God, claim that God is the head of the ministry and yet fail because it was not in God's will.

God loves you and always wants what is best for you. You MUST accept this by faith! If you have the faith to believe that God truly wants you to succeed and have what is best for you, then your actions will show that you believe God's choices are best. In order to learn God's will you must have a close intimate relationship with Him.

 Unshakable Faith

The Lord has established His throne in heaven, And his Kingdom rules over all (Psalm 103:19)

An unshakable faith is anchored in a living, unchanging, sovereign God. Your faith works because you trust in a personal, living God who hears your pleas and works on your behalf. The Living God never sleeps or slumbers. There is no hour, day or night, when you cannot instantly and confidently approach Him. he lives: "For He is the living God and enduring forever...." (Dan.6:26)

Your faith is firm because God is from everlasting to everlasting. He is the same for every man, woman, and child of every generation, of every culture. His ways never change; His character is unalterable. He is the stability of our times.. "....... And His dominion will be forever" Dan. 6:26

Your faith is steadfast because God is sovereign, ruling over people and affairs to achieve His purposes. God is in control even when everything seems out of control. He overrules all evil, using even bitter, painful moments for divine good.

God Lives! He lives forever. His kingdom and rule on earth are being established now and will be permanently installed upon His return. You can trust God without reserve or regret.

Through Faith and Patience

Imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises --- Hebrews 6:12

Did you know that in the Bible, David was 17 years old when he was anointed to be king, but yet he did not take the throne until he was 30?

I’m sure during those 13 years there were plenty of times that David was tempted to think it wasn’t going to happen.

I’m sure he was tempted to get frustrated or even feel like a failure, thinking ,God, did I hear You?

I thought You said You were going to do something great with my life, but nothing is going my way.

Here he was being faithful, but all those years he saw no sign of the promise coming to pass.

I’m sure David had to fight the same negative thoughts that we do; thoughts that were telling him “It’s not going to happen.

David, you didn’t hear from God.

Just accept it.” The battle was taking place in his mind just like our battles take place in our minds.

During those times when it seems like you aren’t getting any closer to seeing your dream come to pass

Remember, the scripture tells us that through faith and patience we inherit the promises of God.

Who Are You Walking With?

He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm ---- Proverbs 13:20

Sometimes, in order to embrace the destiny God has in store, you have to be willing to make some changes in your life.

You have to be willing to examine where you are and what you need to move forward.

This may mean you need to change some friends that you're spending time with.

Maybe they were fine for a season in your life, but you've outgrown them.

This is a new season, and in order for you to rise higher, you have to break away from relationships that are limiting you.

You have to develop some new friendships with people who are going to pull you up and inspire you to rise higher.

I've found if you're the smartest one in your group, your group is too small.

Find people who are smarter than you are, people who will challenge you to stretch to the next level and become everything God's created you to be.

Remember, he who walks with the wise becomes wise.

Choose your friends wisely so that you can walk and live in the destiny God has in store for you.
