All About GOD

All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

What does scriptures say about religions intermixing?  I have been seeing more and more people who are church goers who are saying that the people who say that you cant mix things that are against God with the things that are for god are  being hateful.  They dont word it like that but that's basically what they are against IMO. They do call them hateful though.   They are for the coexisting of religions.

I did engine searches but I only found opinions and not very much scripture. Thank you for any scriptures explaining .

'Exodus 20:3-5 Thou shall have no other Gods before me" Matthew 24:37  But As it was in the day of Noah so it shall be in the coming of the son of man.

Baptist, Pentecost, Lutheran, and many, many, many more etc,  are DENOMINATIONS as the bible says to have none NO DIVISIONS be as one as the body of  Christ "not all religions as one with  the world" only Christ,  I am the way, the truth and the life no one comes to the father except through me AMEN

1 Corinthians 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

There is  much scripture all over the bible about not not mixing with other religions, the worship of false Gods, accepting false doctrine and to not even be around those who don't believe because of  their influence, Jesus warns many times about not listening to the world of man and what this world has to offer!

1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

The Pope is uniting all false churches right now, that's what going on in the world  the mixing of all religions under one, under a new world order,  the end times.  Many don't take the bible too serious, been living in the world so long listen to their TV as their preacher, one big happy pill for society, they are blind to whats happening, Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

As Jesus told 2000 years ago there wont be very many aware because they choose to live my mans word not his, Matthew 24For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Sadly Many listen to the world of man, Jesus told us let no man deceive you to FOLLOW HIM no other, as he said few will find the narrow gate but most will be damned because they choose  this world and what the flesh has to offer, they love this life

John 12:25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

I bless you

Regarding denominations ... there is no division in the true church (the body of Christ) but the body has many parts and not just one part. Denominations, not all, function as parts of the body and should operate in harmony with other groups who follow Christ and His Word. Therefore are all denominations bad? Not at all, but many are, because they do not follow Jesus and His Word. Even in a single non-denomination church (which is a denomination unto itself) you will find believers within that church with varied views. Some of the questions that need to be asked are "Where is their focus?" "Where is the harmony and can they over come differences?" Paul addresses a lot of this in the letters to the Corinthians.
