Glad to be back-could you all pray?

I have been offline for a bit. I was at work near a month and a half ago and I was working with a new EMT-Basic. We were carrying a stretcher (was an electric stretcher which weighs about 50-75 lbs more than the other ones)full of equipment up a flight of stairs. I was the one walking backwards because it's the harder part and he was new. He accidently, after I said hold on, and slow down, ran the stretcher over me and before I could get my foot on the next step he knocked me down and I fractured my coccyx (tail) bone. It has been pretty miserable and sitting has been most intolerable. But I have managed to get my online classes completed and then mostly rest. The co-worker called me the other day and apologized for what happened and I had a chance to really talk with him. He had several questions pertaining to work and how to safely navigate stairs with the stretcher full of equipment. The moment he called and I heard his voice, I realized I had been angry with him because the accident has had me out of work and I love work. I stopped myself before I said a word. After his apology he said he felt like several people at work were "ticked" off at him over my injury. It was right there I had a chance to witness to him. All of us in EMS, it's the same kind of brotherhood that the police departments and fire departments have. They were all just taking up for me and they had no right to mistreat him. He was new, it was an accident, and could have happened to anyone. Every single one of us had to start out. We have all made mistakes and had accidents and due to being human we will all have more. I spent about an hour on the phone with him. His name is William. He feels so guilty and upset over my injury and his part in it. I did all I could to let him know that he was still my friend. Then I explained about my belief and love of the Lord and how I always try to live a Christ-like life and in no way was I  angry with him.  (It was a silent prayer to find the right words) I was able to show him that because of Jesus Christ I was able to be forgiving and kind and that I would do what I could to stop my friends of 4 years from being mean to him. It really sort of surprised me they were doing that. Anyway, long story short, I hope everyone will say a prayer here for William. He says he is a christian and I just want him to see and know that he doesn't have to feel bad or guilty and that I have Jesus Christ in my heart and it is exactly that, Christ, that gives me that happy and it's ok attitude.. He is only 22 and this is his first job and he isn't doing so well with several things. So, I just pray for William that all the skills and knowledge will click with him and he will get to stay in a field that he has a passion for and that he will be able to accept my forgiveness and know that I have no hatred in my heart for him or anyone.
