Real Love For our God

Examples of disobedience we find in 2Chronicles 18:16 the Lord had spoken through his prophet Micaiah the out of the war which king Ahab and king Jehoshaphat were about to under take. Despite being warned by God Jehoshaphat ignored the warning. Real love for God is shown not merely asking for direction but following that direction once it is given to us. Father God help us to be so obedient to…

Hi

Hope all is well.  When you have a moment to yourself, read this, and please know that I am so grateful to have you in my life.  It was difficult for me to decide who I thought would DO this because many people claim to pray, but not everyone does.  I hope I chose the right twelve.  Please send this back to me (You'll see why).  May everyone who receives this message be blessed.

There is nothing attached.  Just send this to twelve others.  Prayer is one of the best…

Lord You are so good

I have been reading the bible fom the book of Genesis 17:18 downwards the conversation between God and his servant Abraham when the Lord was on his way to Sodom and Gomurrah. I have been blessed so much. The God we serve is so good there is so much to know about our God.

In the story of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah we see facets of our creators character, his great patience (agreeing to spare a wicked city for ten God fearing people) and we also see his fierce anger (destroying…

Obedience

Like a loving parent our God teaches and directs us. We really need to pay attention to his teachings and to follow them he knows life better than us because he is the creator of life. We take take matters into our own hands and try to run life in our own ways in the end we end up in troubles that which we cant free ourselves. We boost this is my life let me enjoy it, honestly is it your life? Believers we should listen to our loving father, our God because he loves us more just imagine he…

Growth in the Lord is vital. It begins with faith and then culminates into love for others. To keep growing we need to know and focus our total mind on our God. We need to keep following him and continual to remember what he is teaching us from his Holy word. Let us remain diligent in a faithful obedience to our God.

Leadership and organisation

Nehemiah’s life is an example of leadership and organization. Nehemiah gave up a comfortable and wealthy position in Persia to return to his fractured homeland of his ancestors Israel. He rallied his fellow country men to rebuild Jerusalem’s wall. In the face of fierce opposition, he used wise defense measures to care for God’s people and kept the project going on up to its completion. More for the sake of Gods kingdom we must pray, persevere, and sacrifice as did his servant Nehemiah.

Obedience

Without any special preparations, education, background, or upbringing, Amos the servant of God obeyed his call to go to prophesy to Gods people Israel. Obedience is the test of a faithful servant of God. Are we also obeying our creator?

DEUS TEM MELHOR

Pride makes us self – centered and leads us to conclude that that we deserve all we can see, truth, or imagine. It creates greedy appetites for far more than we need. We can be released from our self – centered desires by humbling ourselves before God, realizing that all we really need is Gods approval. When the Holy Spirit fills us we see that these worlds’ seductive attractions are only cheap substances for what God has to offer. Things seen are temporal than things not seen.

GOD'S GRACE

I wonder how many people will delete this without reading it because of the title. It is a shame but this message is very true. Hope you are all as blessed as I was by this story.

There once was a man named George Thomas, pastor in a small New England town. One Easter Sunday morning he came to the Church carrying a rusty, bent, old bird cage, and set it by the pulpit. Eyebrows were raised and, as if in response, Pastor Thomas began to…

WE CANT IGNORE GOD AND LIVE

To ignore God’s love and guidance results in Sin and invites his wrath. If we walk by our own wisdom and reject Gods we become self – sufficient and the result of self – sufficient is sufficient torment. When we place confidence in our own intelligence, appearance, or accomplishments instead of God we risk torment later when these strengths fade away because the always do and the will do for you can escape it or deny it.

EXTERIOR DOESNT COUNT TO GOD

Saul was tall, handsome, strong, rich and powerful but all this was not enough to make him someone we could emulate. He was tall physically but he was small in God’s eyes, he was handsome but sin made him ugly, He was strong but his lack of faith made him weak. He was rich but was spiritually bankruptcy. He could give orders to many but couldn’t command respect or allegiance. Saul looks good on the outside but he was decaying on the inside. A right relationship with God and strong…

FINAL RESULT OF SIN IS DEATH

Justice and Equity are very important to our God but so are Mercy and Grace.

After 37 years in the desert the Israelites forgot that their wandering were a result of their parents and their sins. They could not accept the fact they brought their problems upon themselves so they blamed Moses for their condition often our troubles result from our own disobedience or lack of faith we can not blame God for our sins until we face this reality we will have little peace and no…

WHO IS LIKE OUR GOD JEHOVA

Cyrus king of Persia was not a Jew but the God of heaven worked through him to return the exiled Jews to their homeland. He treated the Jews with mercy. Although not a servant of Yahweh Cyrus was used by God. He gave the proclamation allowing the return of Gods people and he gave them protection, money, and the temple articles taken by Nebuchadnezzar. When we are face with difficulty situations and feel surrounded, outnumbered, overpowered or out classed we must remember that Gods…

PRIDE BLINDS

Even when confronted by point blank with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ's deity some people refused to believe. Even today they are refusing. These eye witnessed all the miracles our Lord did but they refused as a matter of fact they did not only rejected Jesus, they plotted his murder. They were so hardened that they preferred to reject God's son rather than admit that they were wrong. Let us beware of PRIDE if we allow it to grow it can lead us into enormous sin.

OUR GOD IS A GOD OF IMPOSSIBLES

A young man working in the army was constantly humiliated because he believed in... God. One day the captain wanted to humiliate him before the troops.

He called the young man and said:- Young man come here, take the key and go and park the Jeep in front. the young man replied:- I can not drive! The captain said: - But then ask your assistance God! shows us that he exists! The young man takes the key and walked to the vehicle begins to pray ...He parks the jeep to the place PERFECTLY…

WISDOM COMES FROM GOD

In a culture filled with moral depravity and sin induging pressure we need to be very wise and true wisdom goes beyond amassing worldly knowledge. All those who reject Gods message or wisdom are foolish no matter how wise the world thinks they are. True wisdom comes from allowing what God teaches to guide us.

Following Jesus Christ

Painful discpline is required of the true believers or followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. Giving up a relationship, a Job, or a habit that is against Gods will may seem just as painful as cutting off a hand or a leg. Our high goal, however is worth any sacrifice. christ is worth of any possible loss. Nothing should stand in the way of our faith in the Lord. We must be ruthless in removing sins from our lives rather than being stuck with them for eternity. I praise my God today for all he has… Continue

Sin is dangerous

The ultimate result of sin is unending separation from God, because we human beings are created in Gods image we have an inborn thirst for fellowship with him. Separation from God will be the final torment and misery to those who are still refusing the garce of God through his son our Lord Jesus Christ. Sin always brings misery in our lives. Where there is sin, there is no peace, security and love. But where God reigns there is love, peace and security.

In this life we can still…
