Questions for Me and for Us All

It is truly spring outside today. The birds are singing, the crocus and tulips have been up for better than two weeks, and the colors are dazzling. Why, then, am I having such inner struggles? I started volunteering at a local hospital last week, and although newly joined, was nominated the Auxillary Club's new secretary for the next two years. Another Sad & Beautiful Day To Grow & Learn

Ok, everybody. I didn't go to church this morning. I was kinda burnt out after going to the study the other nite and just needed a break from ritual. I don't want my going to church to become a habit, or worse yet, a rut. Oh, bother! Brothers and sisters, please pray for me!! Today is the second day in a row that I have frittered away my time, not fully devoting my attention to my studies and writing a paper that was due two days ago! I did a study on the prayers of Elijah, I wanted to see how he prayed. He had such power when he prayed. God listened and answered his prayers. It seems like when he asked God in prayer, God would listen and answer his prayers. Are you having a hard time spending time with the Lord?

Do you sometimes find it difficult to motivate yourself to spend time with the Lord? When we think about that, it really doesn't make sense. God has all the power and all the wisdom that we could ever need. Why do we go and ask other people what to do about a situation when we should be asking the one who knows everything. Please forgive me for my long absence... I am getting back into the groove of my life. I took some time off, even from my studies and have been battling my depression. My last living grandparent, my mom's mom, died on the first of November. She had leukemia and the "few weeks" that she was to be in hospice care in her home was a grand total of 11 days.

Words of God is alive ! Matthew 6:9

Dear brothers and sisters,

Thank you for your advices and prayers.

Last few weeks, I experienced something which were rather surprising.
