Holiness

HOLINESS is defined in the dictionary as being cut off, separate or set apart. Holiness is God’s standard for His people although few professing Christians aspire to live holy lives. It is God’s chief desire to create holiness or likeness of His Son in us.

Another Sad & Beautiful Day To Grow & Learn

Ok, everybody. I didn't go to church this morning. I was kinda burnt out after going to the study the other nite and just needed a break from ritual. Are you having a hard time spending time with the Lord?

Do you sometimes find it difficult to motivate yourself to spend time with the Lord? When we think about that, it really doesn't make sense. God has all the power and all the wisdom that we could ever need. Why do we go and ask other people what to do about a situation when we should be asking the one who knows everything. We are all born sinners. That means that we all owe God something in order to become whole. In the Old Testament He provided blessings by giving atonement for sins by the blood of an innocent, unblemished animal. The 8th of June 2008 was a very special day for me, it was the day I professed my faith in Christ Jesus.
