Perfect FOR you

Everyone desires to be in God’s will. Sometimes we even talk about wanting to be in the perfect will of God.

But God’s perfect will might not look like what you think it should. We need to clear up what we mean by perfect. Otherwise we could completely miss out on God’s will altogether because we’ll be too busy chasing daydreams.

Our idea of perfect is perfect to us.

A perfect day to you might mean everything is going the way you…

Live with Jesus and do not live with the fear of dying.

Death is very scary to all of us, I think that it might be one of the biggest fears known to man. After all it is written in the word of God. As the word of God says in Hebrews 2: 15- Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying.  But death does not have to be the last thing you have to deal with. And that's why Jesus is so concern about our soul. As the word of God says in Ezekiel 18:4- For all people are mine to judge both parents and…

Prayer For The Day!

Dear Heavenly Father,Thank you for those who have prayed for me over the years. Although we do not know the people whom You have had to pray for us, we are thankful for those prayers, and we know that we shall meet those people in heaven. Help us to be faithful to intercede for others who may be needing special prayer this very day. What a wonderful privilege to pray for others. Increase our prayer life, as this is the way you have designed to channel blessings to…

Under His Wings

Under His Wings

Under His wings, I am safely abiding,

Though the night deepens and tempests are wild.

Still I can trust Him; I know He will keep me,

He has redeemed me and I am His child.

Refrain: Under His wings, under His wings,

who from His love can sever?

Under His wings…

Never say “Always”, except … Ephesians 4

Never say “Always”, except … Ephesians 4

Hi.

When arguing, people like to say, ‘You always … make me out to be the bad guy’, or ‘you always say mean things …’ And the psychotherapist alarm rings and corrects with the voice of reason, ‘Do not use the word ‘always’ because it is not true and only incites.’ Similarly, the other absolute word of ‘never’ just is not usually true…

Prayer For The Day!

Dear Heavenly Father,I am thankful for Your love and patience toward me. Help me to extend that same love and patience to others. Help me to be a kind and loyal person in all of my circumstances. Open my eyes to see my own faults so that I might present them to You for the needed changes. Forgive me for wrong attitudes and change my heart to be like Yours. I release all those who have caused me pain and trouble to Your care. Be merciful to them and help them to change also. Lord, give us…

Poem: Called To Worship (III)

As a Child of God, you're blessed with favor,
since you're a joint-heir with our Savior.
Don't be "eaten up" with unending discontent;
know that He has promised to keep His covenant!
So regardless of the latest, spiritual deluge,
in the Lord, you'll always find safety and refuge.
Relief for your earthly suffering is coming,
provided to Him your heart-felt requests you bring.
Despite your painful past,…

Poem: Contemplating the Lord’s Prayer

O Lord, holy is Your Name!
As one of Your many children,
my inheritance I openly claim.

Willingly I lift my voice in praise,
thankful for Your new mercies
and the warmth of the sun's rays.

With genuineness of heart
and a simplicity of words,
I desire for Your kick start...

to begin this glorious day,
as I'm covered with blessings,
and faith's fragrant…

Doc Rivers, Aaron Hernandez … Calling, our part. Ephesians 4.1-6

Doc Rivers, Aaron Hernandez … Calling, our part. Ephesians 4.1-6

Good Day.

Up early this morning, I was thinking again about Paul’s charge to ‘live a life worthy of our calling’ . . . I was thinking of his charge to ‘be humble and gentle… to be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.’ What does that look like? I asked the Lord, and continued studying.

Shortly after, I headed to the gym for a while. On the…

Sit and Dine with Him!

www.myreadywriter.blogspot.com

Have you ever been invited to dinner by a friend or have you played host to your family friends in your house for dinner? More often than not; either way, the hostess has got all the work and thinking to do. The guests never bother themselves or get apprehensive over the feast. They never get to worry about the…

Why did Jesus say to love your enemies?

Because of the real enemies behind the scenes. Satan & his fallen angels. We are in the mist of a spiritual war but love conquers all. Jesus is Love. Love your enemies. Jesus your enemies. Love your enemies by praying for them & showing them kindness. If they hate you it's because they don't know how much God loves them & they they don't have the love of God in them. Pray & pray again unceasingly. That is true Christianity. Praise Jesus, Amen

CALLING. Ephesians 4.1-3

CALLING. Ephesians 4.1-3

Are you aware of your inner whispers? Inklings that draw you—impulses that push … pull … or cause you to think … or feel … or act? I mean--do you heed the inner whisperings that steer you toward certain people … or prompt you to explore unique pursuits? Of late, the notion of calling has worked its way into my psyche over and over.

Definition of CALLING – Merriam Webster

1: a strong inner impulse toward a particular course of action…

The WORD for the World

www.myreadywriter.blogspot.com

Many things happened during the time of Jesus on earth but not everything was captured in the bible. However, the things that are written there-in; by the Inspiration of the Holy Ghost are more than adequate and sufficient to meet ALL of the needs of man. Is there a problem in life that the Bible doesn't not proffer a solution to?

For those believing for…

Christ came to teach us His way Matt 7:13-29

"Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.

Christ came to teach us, not only what we are to know and believe, but what we are to do; not only toward God, but toward men; not only…
