Other stuff about me:: I turned 50 this year and it has been a very difficult one. My wife has been living with another man and we are divorcing. My debt is crushing, and I feel abandoned by man and God. I thought I had strong Faith, but it seems to be crumbling. I don't even want to be alive anymore. And yes, I am getting help for my depression, but when sad things happen they still hurt. "Too sensitive" I am told.

Monday Wash Day
Lord, help me wash away all my selfishness and vanity, so I
may serve you with perfect humility through the week ahead.

Tuesday Ironing Day
Dear Lord, help me iron out all the wrinkles
of prejudice I have collected through the years so that I may
see the beauty in others.

Wednesday Mending Day
O God, help me mend my ways so I will not
set a bad example for others.

Thursday Cleaning Day
Lord Jesus, help me to dust out all the many faults I have been
hiding in the secret corners of my heart.

Friday Shopping Day
O God, give me the grace to shop wisely so I may purchase
eternal happiness for myself and all others in need of love.

Saturday Cooking Day
Help me, my Savior, to brew a big kettle of brotherly love and
serve it with clean, sweet bread of human kindness.

Sunday The Lord's Day
O God, I have prepared my house for you. Please come into my
heart so I may spend the day and the rest of my life in your
presence.

cause us to worry, and lose sleep. As a child of God you
have Him at your side, holding your hand, and guiding
your pathway through those times. For, THE LORD IS
GOOD, A STRONGHOLD IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE;
AND HE KNOWS THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.
( NAHUM 1:7 )
He will never abandon HIS Children, throughout
their entire lives. For He is always with us no matter
what we may face, as He further promised: WHEN YOU
PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I WILL BE WITH YOU;
AND THROUGH THE RIVERS,* THEY SHALL NOT
OVERFLOW YOU. WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE
FIRE,* YOU SHALL NOT BE BURNED, NOR SHALL
THE FLAME SCORCH YOU. ( ISAIAH 43:2 )

So the next time you face troubling times, do as Jesus
said: "LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED; YOU
BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME." (JOHN 14:1)
Then WHEN YOU LIE DOWN, YOU WILL NOT BE
AFRAID; YES, YOU WILL LIE DOWN AND YOUR
SLEEP WILL BE SWEET. ( PROVERBS 3:24 )

Can just imagine the pain you are going through and a divorce is surely a painful experience, it feels worse that death because you lost you loved but still sees them with someone else and that surely hurts.But PRAISE GOD there is healing and restoration in the arms of the Father!! Just trust Him, grow in faith and you are at the right place to learn and have fellowship with others. Check out the group Divorced,separated and lost of spouse.
