As mothers, our role lasts as long as we live. Our responsibilities towards our children never ends until we leave them.  Though they become independent, our prayers for them continue and they in turn always fall back on us for inspiration and advice.  Let us not relent in our prayers for our children and our grandchildren. The world today offers many things that lead them astray and to self distruction.

Let us continue to offer our prayers for them not to go astray, but to follow the straight and narrow way.  Let pray that they find joy in the Lord and to do His will.  Amen

Substance and drug abuse is on the rise among the youth.  We try to bring our children up in the right way but out of the comfort of their homes, they succumb to peer pressure and end up doing drugs.  In my line of work, I come across these youth who feel that they derive joy from drugs.  I try my best to make them aware that true joy comes from the Lord but they only laugh.  Join me in prayer sisters to continue praying for the youth.  They are our future leaders. If we do not entervene I wonder where good leaders would come from.

Wow, It's been a long time since I've been here. My oldest son 31 is in jail and they are questioning him about a murder that was committed sometime last year. He said he did not murder anyone. I fear he is going to take the fall for it, so to speak. His name is Chris. If you would, please keep him in your prayers. Thank  you.

Dear friends, I wish for us to find ways to help the youth of today. They seem to be slipping away through our guidance and the evil one has got the majority of them hooked on drugs and other substance abuse. I have to deal with the youth in my line of work and this has been my concern.  I am open to suggestions as to how to draw them away from their bad habits to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Blessings to you all.

Sometimes I wonder why children always want to do the opposite of what parents want.  They seem to have a mind of their own and we shouldn't blame ourselves for how they turn up.  We bring them up as best as we can but the world we live in these days is so unpredictable thus making our children unpredictable.  Some years ago I decided to stop talking to my son because of his ways.  I then realised that it was a wrong decision so I called him and reminded him of the importance of God in his life.  I try to text him a bible verse everyday. I don't know whether he reads them or not but by the grace of GOD he has improved.  As parents we should not relent in our prayers for our children. Lets pray for ALL the youth out there so that  our Lord should intervene and be merciful to them. Lets not give up, all will be well.  I believe our prayers will not be in vain. All mothers will be in my prayers today

It is my prayer that my two adult children will open their hearts to the Lord and live their lives to Glorify HIM. I offer this same prayer for all group members with the same wish.

Thanks to all who are giving me wisdom and clarity. I truly needed it. I am still reading Jeremiah (very slowly to understand).
The devil cannot have my children. I will continue on in this trial of mine. I know that the Lord will defeat the devil. Perhaps this is something that my family needs to go through to get closer to God. Perhaps I need to be on bended knee more. Please just keep my family in prayer as I will on this entire website. Thank you.

Another thing, related to Jeremiah, is that we need to warn our children as well, and pray for God to bring conviction to them of their sins, so that they will come to repentance. God is going to judge the church first, and we need him to deal with our sins, so that we will not be judged with the world. We need to know the judgements of God, so we and our children will be purified from sin and not condemned with the world. I was just reading this in a book written by Rick Joyner, and he spoke about this in the book. I will keep all our children in prayer, we are living in a tough time! God bless you all. Jackie
