All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

How do we know if the person is successful or not?

Thus the Bible talks about it and where?

Can one be successful and how?

There is good or bad side of it?

I do not know I want to know?

Sunny,

Sis Vella already gave a good explanation of the text you quoted.

Matthew 19:24
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

It is not impossible for a rich person to enter heaven, but unfortunately it is true that many rich folks love their wealth too much and depend upon their wealth for their security.

Blessings Sunny.
The word is very clear on posessions, If we truely want to follow Jesus there is only one requirement, many do not agree with this, however, God required this of me and so I sold everything and follow Him with my whole heart and He supplies ALL my needs accordiing to His riches in Glory. So? I don't own any posessions, but what I do have outweighs any material posessions a thousand times, It means that when I ask God answers, and when I need God supplies and when He asks I am 100% obedient. because He is the source of everything in my life.

Matthew 16:24 (Whole Chapter)
Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Matthew 19:21 (Whole Chapter)
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

Mark 8:34 (Whole Chapter)
And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Mark 10:21 (Whole Chapter)
Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

Luke 9:23 (Whole Chapter)
And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

Luke 18:22 (Whole Chapter)
Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

I'm not sayiing that everyone should rush out and sell everything, but if God requires it of you then you don't hesitate because it is all about Grace. which is poured out in full measure if we are obedient.
