Thank U so much, it helped but I mean THE SINGLE MOTHER HAD HER BABY IN HER TEENAGE YEARS BEFORE SHE GOT BORN AGAIN WITHOUT A HUSBAND. NOW THAT SHE IS SAVED, SHE HAS A SINGLE BROTHER WHO WANTS TO MARRY HER.THIS BROTHER CAME TO ME FOR ADVICE: THAT HIS FRIENDS ARE TELLING HIM NOT TO MARRY THIS LADY B/CS SHE HAD HAD A BABY WITHOUT A HUSBAND BEFORE.

Hi Splendour777,

I must admit, I am curious why the friends are telling him not to marry. It makes me cautious -- friends and family oftentimes see things that others miss. Perhaps their objection is not a spiritual one, but rather concern about the added responsibilities of a child. Becoming a husband AND a daddy at the same time is a pretty big step! Also, what is the mother's current relationship with the child's father? Are they still friends? Is he involved in their lives?

MARRYING A SINGLE MOTHER

Thank you Linda & Geoff, but my friend is yet to get a good advice or come to a decision but he is still worried. What I told him is to go and pray about it same will I do for one month afterwards I will advise him.
My dear major concern is... If I advice him to go ahead and marry her since she committed fornication (the Child been the Evidence of this) before she got born again, it may sound as if I support sex outside of marriage and encouraging single women to be having children without a married Father!!!!!!! And if I say No do not marry her... it may look as if am saying God did not forgive her past Sins seeing she is now born again because old things are suppose to past away and behold all things are now new!!!!
In my quest for good advice on this issue, I discovered the reasons behind this action/issue.
1, Irresponsible Father-were the men involved deny the pregnancy
2, Immigration status-mostly for foreigners to gain immigration stay b/cs of the baby
3, Greed- to collect social benefits the government
4, belivers –Impatience/lack /lost of faith in God-common in women getting older, when I believe adoption can resolve in this case
5, Lack of fear of God
6, the world way –women Independence-they want children but not want to be under any man
Dear all this discursion is still open Please I rely on you all to give me the ADVICE TO GIVE TO THIS BROTHER AND SISTER..
