Well on one hand, her husband works construction, which isn’t a stable full-time business, and he’s had very high blood pressure and been out sick a lot.  Her anxiety and panic are making her sick a lot as well and she has gone to the ER three times last week over what I believe are stress related illnesses.  I understand she has a lot of things going on.  Her husband is backslid, so he’s not following God anyway or looking at the husband being the provider.  But then she believes she has to stay home and home school her daughter, rather than put her in public school and go to work for a supplemental income.  She needs to rely on God to have a reason for all this.  Perhaps even to get her husband to get back to church.  But she’s getting angry with the church for not bailing them out of the problems.

Those things don't excuse or justify her behavior. http://www.gotquestions.org/church-conflict.html
As long as no one holds her accountable for her part in her problems then what can you expect? Three visits to the ER in one week? Really? I think her problems have deeper roots. Perhaps she goes to the ER seeking drugs? I don't know but something is badly wrong.

:-(  Yeah, I tried a bit of this with her on the phone last night.  She kept calling me at work and didn't want to wait until I got off work.  But I had no choice.  So I called her when I left work and she let me know she wasn't going back and how hurt she was that they denied her any help.  She started bringing up past incidences.  She's blaming the pastor for so many things.  She's been wearing a lot of hurt on her sleeve over various things in the church she disagrees with.  That falls under the "slanderer".  I tried to get her to see that she needed to review her own attitude in it, but she doesn't feel it's her, but them.  Said she cannot praise and worship there knowing those people sit there and judge her.  I explained that is because she would be going in with the wrong heart attitude and praising and worshiping God wasn't about other people in the church.  But nothing I said worked and I gave up and let it go.  Will see if her mind changes within the next couple of weeks and she comes back.  But she's been talking of leaving now since about the first of the year over one thing or another.

If she were showing any signs of positive changes or progress or good fruit, it would be different. The fact that she accepts no responsibility for herself and blames and resents others when she doesn't get what she wants from them are bad signs. The troubles in her family won't likely be mended until she faces the truth and the church can't keep bailing her out. She needs to learn to accept no as an answer and to respect others. This storm she is throwing will pass. Give it time. Then she will be back at it again, no doubt. Some people, when faced with disappointments, become big bullies. :)

Well I'm sure she's not meaning to act like a bully or manipulate, but it's something that's ingrained in her behavior that needs worked out and perhaps all this is because God is trying to get it out of her.  I know just last week, I spoke to her 3 days in a row.  Twice by phone and once in person.  So then on the third day, I had to go and she kept whining that I never talk to her and that she never gets to talk to me in church cause I'm always talking to others.  At that point I finally did put my foot down and told her I wasn't going to let her pull a guilt trip on me.  I reminded her we've talked for 3 days and there are other people I enjoy talking to that I only see on Sundays.

I'm not saying abandon her. You can set healthy boundaries and limit the time you spend with her. She obviously needs sanctifying in these areas. Holy Spirit convicts of sin and righteousness. If she decides to leave the church based on the reasons she is giving, then that's her choice but they aren't biblical reasons for giving up meeting together. The church didn't ex-communicate her -- they just said no to this handout.

I will step out and say this much -- I can almost guarantee you that she does know what she is doing but she may not know why she does it. Part of the pain she feels is likely caused by being repulsed by her own bad behavior and poor treatment of others. We must acknowledge something before we can change it. She must find the root cause of why she does these things. If she has a conscience, trust me, it's bothering her. She uses guilt to control you and others. Why? That's what she needs to look at. First, acknowledge the bad behavior, then change it. Sounds simple, but NOT! :)

All of us have bad behaviors that God is changing in us. It never feels good -- like Joyce Meyer's cookie cutter, where we are being shaped into the image of Jesus and that means tearing away the parts of us that are outside of that image. Ouch!

Well I know she had an extremely rough life, married and older man as a teen to get away from home as her mother was bad and she was being molested repeatedly.  I'm sure all of that is part of the behaviors.

I'm not abandoning her, but I do have to tell her no and if that causes her to get mad and refuse to speak to me, nothing I can do about it.  I have to put some boundaries in place or I won't get anything done.

She said that perhaps that's why all this is happening, because God wants her to leave that church and I told her God doesn't operate that way, that He doesn't have you leave a church out of bitterness.  She would then say she's not bitter, she's hurt.  So I said God wouldn't have you leave over hurt feelings either.  I kept admonishing her to pray before making a decision but she wasn't willing to hear it right now.

The primary purpose of the Church is the restoration of creation. According to Romans 8 the purpose of our being saved is that we may be adopted as sons. That is what the creation has been waiting for in the hope that it would be liberated.

It is written,' It was He who gave others to be apostles, some to be prophets,  some to evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to whole measure of the fullness of Christ.' Eph 4:11-13.

There in is the process one goes through after being born again and this culminates in adoption or revelation of Christ in us. This is for the whole house of God. What has been going on in the church is the process of growth till we attain the whole measure. After the sons are revealed, (the multiplied "Christs") the work of the revealed Christ will be according to 1 John 3:8. To destroy the works of the devil which are to steal, to kill and to destroy.  The lost human race is in either of the 3 states: there are those who are stolen ie those who have believed the devil's lie. Then those who have done as the lie says and are dead in sin.  Then there are those who are destroyed. They have acquired a nature such that they operate wholly by the principles of darkness.  These 3 categories walk on this earth. Jesus, who is revealed in the adopted sons, will destroy destruction. That equals the restoration Peter talked about in Acts.

Before to say the purpose and the function of the Church and why It exixts we need to make know what is the church firstly, who has funder it and who are the church members to whom the funder consign some function and purpose. I will try to bring some answer in the next folliwing days according to my understanding.  I desire to do that right now but have difficult to get internet online, so when the time will be favorable to me I will send it. Much thank and God bless every one of you.
