All About GOD

All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

Matt 9:30 Two blind men were sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"
Matt 9:31 "Be quiet!" the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!" We see this same thing again and again. People who need Jesus cry out; they shout, they are exercising faith. They believe if only Jesus knew of them and their need, He will be able to meet that need; He will be able to heal them. Then we see others telling them to be quiet. The world is full of unbelief. We can understand that the enemy does not want, a person with faith to come into contact with Our Sweet Lord. It knows what will happen. "Be quiet!" the crowd yelled at them. However, built into to this scheme is a wonderful opportunity. Their faith is immediately tested. “But they only shouted louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!" And of course, we see what happens when the people continue to believe, they receive.
Parable of the Persistent Widow
1One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. 2“There was a judge in a certain city,” he said,“who neither feared God nor cared about people. 3A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’ 4The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people, 5but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’” 6Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. 7Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?” On the one hand this may look to some as unbelief. Say a Prayer one time then stand. And, we may all one day find that we have arrived at such a place. Here we see ask until you receive. God wants us to have what we need. We have faith given to us, it is also built up by exercising it. He knows our hearts. So many times we look at others and compare ourselves to them.
2Cor 10:12 ...they are only comparing themselves with each other, using themselves as the standard of measurement. How ignorant! God meets us where we are, we must see this.
Ten Healed of Leprosy
11As Jesus continued on toward Jerusalem, he reached the border between Galilee and Samaria. 12As he entered a village there, ten lepers stood at a distance, 13crying out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” 14He looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed of their leprosy. 15One of them, when he saw that he was healed, came back to Jesus, shouting, “Praise God!” 16He fell to the ground at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done. This man was a Samaritan. 17Jesus asked, “Didn’t I heal ten men? Where are the other nine? 18Has no one returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” 19And Jesus said to the man, “Stand up and go. Your faith has healed you.” Because he returned to give Thanks and Praise to the Lord. He was not only healed physically but, his soul was saved. In every way his faith had healed him. He understood the connection between Jesus and God. So Salvation was added to his healing.
There are many ways we can cry out to the Lord. Luke 19:1-9 We read the story of Zacchaeus and how he climbed a tree to be able to see Jesus. In his only way he was shouting out to our Lord. We do this by our actions many all the time. Because of his situation, one of them being short and the other, being that he was a sinner. Both caused him to climb that tree. I can see Jesus as He made His way down that road. Knowing what was going on, the Joy He felt as Zacchaeus climb that tree. Verse 5 5When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name. “Zacchaeus!” he said. “Quick, come down! I must be a guest in your home today.” The Joy he must have felt, that Jesus would chose to come to his house. He did not tell him to first repent, then He would come. This one act that in the eyes of many ways wrong, brought Salvation to Zacchaeus and his household. And we can see the effect this had. 8Meanwhile, Zacchaeus stood before the Lord and said, “I will give half my wealth to the poor, Lord, and if I have cheated people on their taxes, I will give them back four times as much!” 9Jesus responded, “Salvation has come to this home today, for this man has shown himself to be a true son of Abraham. 10For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” We can only guess how many people that were Blessed by this. Not only did those who were cheated receive four times as much. They all now had a fair tax collector. Again, we can only guess, how the families were changed and restored after Jesus had healed them all. So shout; cry out; call to; yell, or roar out your need in Faith to God. And remember, to Praise and give Thanks to the Lord Jesus for all He has and does for us. So many things are ours, if we but dare to ask and Believe.

Amen. in Life, specially now a days, we sometimes tend to listen to the deceiving voices around us..

God has placed things in our hearts, and that God wants us to exercise our faith, but then voices around will shout back at us and say,, hey.. that won't do.. you are just wasting your time and the list goes on.. and then at one point,

we tend to be convinced by those voices and there we go, we give up.. but then in the above verse it says. But they only shouted louder.. Amen

what a powerful word.. They even more released their faith by shouting knowing Jesus will hear them and yes He did hear them..

so with the parable of the persistent widow.. She keeps knocking until the king get up and gave to her what she is asking.. Do you have dreams which you know is from God but seems not coming into reality? hey don't give up..

keep knocking, keep seeking, released your faith. exercise your faith.. God does what he says He'll do.Amen. Praise God and God bless you all. :)

Praise and glory to God.

God bless you Martyp.
