prayer is a neccessity if one is to experience true revial in his heart. God says, IF MY PEOPLE, WHICH ARE CALLED BY MY NAME, shall HUMBLE HIMSELF themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways then will I hear from heaven.and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 chronicles 7; 14

This is truly one of my favorite scriptures in the word. Having spent much of my early years with Christ in the 'hard line' Pentecostal movement where the preachers condemnng and crying out for everyone else to repent it is a breath of fresh air to see the scripture that tell us that we are never'above' needing to repents of things ourselves to create or restore a better relationship with God and everyone else.
