Yes, it is very easy to remove people from the bulk emails. Before you create a new message, make sure their box (in the "Send To" list) is unchecked. If you do a "Reply All" in response to someone else's email, click the "X" by my name and it will not go to me.

Thanks for you encouraging comment. I have a picture that a friend sent me of me from about 8 months ago and I can barely look at it with a 132lbs more on my 5'10'' body.

Dealing with our weight is so much connected with how we are dealing with every aspect of our Christian life. God wants us to have better ways in place in our lives than destructive things to deal with the pressures of life.

I have come to understand that addictions come against the one thing we need most; relationship with God and others. Instead of getting our legitimate needs met in constructive ways we fall into meeting them in destructive ways.

We give into the lie of the enemy that promises us heaven, but ends up giving us hell.
If this lesson did not teach me anything else, it has taught me that when I am weak then He is strong in me when I am keeping my safe guards in place, building my relationship with Him and with others.

I also am learning that I can never get to the place where I am above temptation, walking on the water is a constant holding to the hand of the Lord walking in the miraculous.
