The Peace of God & Christ

I have small engineering consultancy that only employ's myself, and over the last six month's I have had to put company growth on the back burner to facilitate a large contract away from home. With this contract coming to an end and the world economy looking like it does, you can emagine my apprehension and "worry", for lack of a better word, about what the future is going to hold and whether I still have any clients, willing to give me work when I return to Johannesburg.

I have been praying on this issue for the month now and last night I had a dream. I am living lavishly, and my friend who reintroduce me to Christ calls me to see how things are going. During the conversation he asks me why I was so worried the beginning of 2009 when the contract was coming to an end when quiet clearly the Lord has blessed me with a abundance of work, to this I reply " Like in Philipians 4:6, Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, give your requests to God."

I woke up this morning and still continue to fell completely calm, no worries, or stress. Thanks be to God and Christ for leading the way and blessing mine and my wife's life so much.
