It is the best gift that God has gaven us because he love us so much and that is (Jesus Christ) As the word of God says in John 3:16-For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. That's right my friends you are love by God, you believe in Jesus and now you have everlasting life. See the world is only shopping for things that are going to perish that does not give them any value in life except for probably a high credit card bill and temporary joy. As the word of God says in John 6:27-Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” I'm mean look at black Friday some people were acting like animals over gifts that are eventually going to tarnish anyway.That's why God says do not set your eyes on the treasures of this life. As the word of God says in Matthew 6:19-“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; and Matthew 6:20- but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.The gift that we have is the one that came to save us from our sins and to be with us forever. As the word of God says in Matthew 1:21-23-And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” That gift (Jesus) can't be robbed by physical thieves. And the devil knows it is a powerful gift because if it wasn't he wouldn't have use king Herod to murder him. Read Matthew 2:1-19 for the whole story. And this is why he is trying to persecute the church because he knows that the gift (Jesus) will forever change that person life. As the word of God says in 2 Corinthian 4:4-whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.This is why Jesus is the best gift because he can heal us of all our diseases . As the word of God says in Psalm 103:3-Who heals all your diseases,.He is the gift that offers rest for our soul. As the word of God says in Matthew 11:28-Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. He is the gift that broken the devil influence off your life. As the word of God says in Colossians 2:15-Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.He is the one who has conqueror death for us. As the word of God says in Hebrews 2:14- Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,. Jesus is the one that came to set us free from satan's captivity. AS the word of God says in Luke 4:18-“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,^[j]
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;He is the one that rebuilds us up after storms in our life have shattered us. AS the word of God says in Isaiah 54:11-“O you afflicted one,
Tossed with tempest, and not comforted,
Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems,
And lay your foundations with sapphires. He is the one that comfort the weary soul.As the word of God says in Isaiah 40:1-Comfort, yes, comfort My people!”
Says your God. He is the one that gives us a destiny. As the word of God says in Jeremiah 29:11-For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.And not only that he offers grace which is our treasure through all hardship , infirmities, struggles and etc. As the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 12:9-And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. and 2 Corinthians 12:10-Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. We have to spread this gift to the world it's perfect with no shifting of shadow. Best of all its free. As the word of God says in James 1:17- Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.May you enjoy your Christmas present now and for all the days of your life.
