All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

We might wanna get a eye check up. No I am not talking about going to the eye doctor. I am talking about going to Jesus to put his ointment in your eyes so we can see the truth better about all things in our life and the life of others. As the word of God says in Revelation 3:18-Buy also some ointment to put on your eyes, so that you may see. Their might be some things that we are doing in our lives that is causing us not see Jesus clearly. Because we have our eyes set on the wrong things.ANd when your eyes are not focus on Jesus that leads you to be in the dark. AS the word of God says in Matthew 6:23-But if your eye is clouded or evil, then your body will be filled with evil and dark clouds. And the darkness that takes over the body of a child of God who has gone astray—that is the deepest, darkest darkness there is.Look at what Jesus is telling us her saints. That if we have our eyes on the world, or are troubles to much. It as though we are blind. And that can cause us to stumble in our faith. And also lead us into to sin. AS the word of God says in Matthew 18:9-And if your eye always focuses on things that cause you to sin, then pull your eye out and throw it away. It is better for you to see the kingdom of life with one eye than to see the fires of hell with perfect sight. Meaning you should not  keep focus on things that contribute to your downfall. If it is a show that is not bring the best out of you.Turn away from that show.If it is someone at your church who you do not have good feelings for at the momment.Turn your eyes away from that person so you won't continue to empower your sinful attitude toward them. Jesus loves us too much to see us damage our faith walk all because we keep eye balling the things that hinder our faith. Like for instance you are waiting for Jesus to fulfill his promise. But you keep looking at the natural you are stumbling again. And the only way to do that is to keep your eyes on Jesus. We are called to walk by faith and not by sight. AS the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 5:7-The path we walk is charted by faith, not by what we see with our eyes. We are to use our spiritual eyes not or natural eyes. The natural eye cannot understand the things of God. AS the word of God says in 1 Corinthians 2:14- But a person who denies spiritual realities will not accept the things that come through the Spirit of God; they all sound like foolishness to him. He is incapable of grasping them because they are disseminated, discerned, and valued by the Spirit. So if you kind of find your self not seeing things the way Jesus did it might mean you are still in the natural. It actually good to admit to Jesus that you can't see.Because that shows him you need him to help you see the truth. But if you think you can see what God is talking about that means you are still blind. Like the word of God says in John 9:41-If
you were blind, you would be without sin. But because you claim you can see, your sin is ever present. And we know that unbelief is a sin.And staying in sin can never help you see Jesus .But not only that Jesus wants us to believe him base on his word and the evidence that speaks from the scripture. We live in a generation were people wanted to see evidence base on signs and wonders. And Jesus calls that evil. AS the word of God says in Luke 11:29-This generation is evil. These people are seeking signs and spectacles, but I’m not going to play their game. The only sign they will be given is the sign of Jonah. Jesus wants us to walk by faith despite our circumstances like the man did in John 4.Let's take a look at it. AS the word of God says in John 4:46-47-As Jesus traveled to Cana (the village in Galilee where He transformed the water into fine wine), He was met by a government official. This man had heard a rumor that Jesus had left Judea and was heading to Galilee, and he came in desperation begging for Jesus’ help because his young son was near death. He was fearful that unless Jesus would go with him to Capernaum, his son would have no hope. This man wanted Jesus to be there with him to believe. But Guess what Jesus give him an unusual answer. AS the word of God says in John 4:48-My word is not enough; you only believe when you see miraculous signs. Sometimes we won't believe unless we feel something  in our spirit .But if you don't believe in Jesus word you don't have nothing. So what did the man say to Jesus he said in verse John 4:49-Sir, this is my son; please come with me before he dies. It's like he didn't want to accept that you have to walk by faith. But you know what Kind Jesus said in verse 4:50- Go home. Your son will live. And when the man heard the words of faith and healing. He took it with him. As it says in John 4:50-When he heard the voice of Jesus, faith took hold of him and he turned to go home. Look faith took hold him.And that's what we should do when the Lord speaks to us about our problems. We should let it reproduce in our life.Let it be in our heart on good ground. As the word of God says in Mark 4:20-But those last seeds—those sown into good soil? Those people hear the word, accept it, meditate on it, act on it, and bear fruit—a crop 30, 60, or 100 times larger than the farmer dropped to earth. Yeah that's right ask God to remove anything that might hinder the word of God in your life. It is good to meditate on what God says because it will help you to reproduce in your heart and mind and leads you to constantly confess it. If God has a word for you should say it as much as possible out loud, and in secret. Write down so your eyes can be fix on it. Talk about the word of God to yourself. That's what keeps your eyes for being in the dark. Jesus wants are eyes to be healthy. And when you align yourself on with the word of God you can see better. As the word of God says in Matthew 6:22-The eye is the lamp of the body. You draw light into your body through your eyes, and light shines out to the world through your eyes. So if your eye is well and shows you what is true, then your whole body will be filled with light. Remember saints God word is a lamp to our feet and a light in our path. As the word of God says in Psalm 119:105.So how could our vision stay fogged up , if we constantly stay on him. Remember Jesus wants us to focus on him so he can build up on faith in him.AS the word of God says in Hebrews 12:2- Now stay focused on Jesus, who designed and perfected our faith. If we are not focusing on Jesus we are abiding in darkness. As his word says in Luke 11:34-But if your way of seeing is darkened, then your life will be a dark, dark place. And we know Jesus does not want us to abide in darkness as the word of God says in John 12:46-I have come into the world as light, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in the darkness. So saints let's ask Jesus to give us a eye examine and cure us of darkness .And let us begin to have our eyes glue on him. That we may walk in the light of life.IN Jesus Name.Amen.
If you want a relationship with Jesus say this prayer out loud.Lord Jesus I want to see you and I know I am blind because i abide in darkness. But you came as the light in this world. So by faith I believe that you died for me and you are taking me out of darkness and let me dwell in your marvelous light.Wash me clean and I will be clean.Make me a new person in spirit, heart, mind and soul.ANd baptize me with the Holy Spirit IN Jesus Name.AMen

Amen Amanda. Jesus is the only light there is.Sometimes the devil can come as an angel of light as it says in 2 Corinthians 11:14-This does not surprise us [And no wonder, since…]. Even Satan ·changes himself to look like [disguises himself as; masquerades as] an ·angel [messenger] of light [C trying to fool people into thinking he is from God, who is pure light]. So we have to be sooo careful.God bless you Amanda.
