Pratice work

I was shown a simple Truth. It is not so much what we are believing for, it is in the exercising of Faith. Faith and using it is, the most important thing. We read not to judge others, then people in our life give us opportunity not to judge. God gives us practice work.
Practice what you've learned and received from me, what you heard and saw me do. Then the God who gives this peace will be with you. Phil 4:9
Everyone therefore who hears these my words, and does them, will be likened to the wise man who built his house on solid rock. Matt7:24
And everyone who hears these my words, but does not practice them, will be likened to the foolish man who built his house on sand. Matt 7:26
How many times do we ask, “Why are these things happening to me, God?” Practice work.
As we begin to see the things in our life as, opportunities for Glory to go to Jesus. Letting others see how we handle things, they are going through the same things. If we truly have the answer to life, living for Jesus and not ourselves. We will not have to go anywhere to witness, they will come to us. Practice and show yourself approved. Where is the Power of God found? In our practicing living for God.

As Holy Ghost was showing me this, I was so struck w/ the simplicity of it, and blessed w/ the power that it held. I think the more we give ourselves to God, the less power the enemy has over our daily life. Things that we might see as burdens or hardships at one time. We begin to see as God's Master Plan for our life. Thanks again for the encouragements, they are dear to me. You both shared things that added perfectly to this. Looks like we all write for Someone else. (Thank you, Father God)

Amen and amen ! Another excellant post ! It reminds me of a saying attributed to Francis of Asissi. He said to "Preach the gospel wherever you go : and when necessary , use words."

I'm reminded that so much of the time we rely on our head knowledge (what we've read) rather than our heart knowledge (our actions of our head knowledge). God is so good and faithful and His Word IS our guide. Years ago, I learned something about "changing the dance" and when things aren't the way we want them to be and I don't do what I know to be right, the only thing I can do is PRACTICE changing the dance. In time, I learn new habits and ways. I just absolutely love the word practice because it gives me a change to not be perfect! I can keep trying and trying until I get it. Just in Philipians 4:9 says, it teaches us to practice. Thank you so much for sharing! Have a very blessed day!
