I want to be a missionary

I'd like to be a missionary. God didn't put me in China,Africa or Pakistan. But, just because I can't be a missionary over there doesn't mean I can't be one over here in the U.S.A.

I want to be a missionary to JWs. Some are sent to preach the gospel to lost Muslims in Pakistan or Iraq. Some to India for Hindus. And,some in China and Japan for Buddists. Well, I don't live in any of those places but there's a lot of lost souls walking the streets in America. Alot who say they're Christian yet don't know Jesus (Churchers,Mormons,JWs and there's even alot of lost Catholics). Of course there's more Seaven Day Evangelists and Church of Scientology for instince. There's so many lost people for each group...it's like overseas where there's different groups to appease their "gods". It's just more difficult when the "Christian" label is added though.

If we look at the spiritual picture we're just like China,India and Iran. Forget about the big fancy houses and shiny cars and the money (we've got alot of money compared to 3rd world countries). Take away the material things and what do you see? Alot of people in need of Jesus. Just because they label and call someone Jesus doesn't mean they know Him. A false Jesus and a false gospel...what's really bad is when false preachers sneak onto the Christian stations and preach a false gospel(not death,burial and resurrection). No wonder Jesus warned us about wolves in sheeps' clothing! Come quickly Lord Jesus!

He is coming back. And yes I know, like I've heard before, most people in America have heard the gospel so those left to be saved before the rapture will probably be in other countries for the most part. Still...there's a burden placed on my heart. And, I know He put them in my life for a reason. And, this blog is to help me think. Typing or writing things down helps me to process things better.

I'd like to be like our brothers and sisters overseas. They're such an encourgement!
