God does not get rushed. He is never pressured. He can however be talked into good things - it's called prayer. We have to be a believer and have faith to receive whatever we ask for in prayer. The power of prayer is an awesome tool.
Saying things like "There's no hope," tells God He doesn't have the power to fix your situation. Nothing is beyond His repair.
I personally believe that some of us don’t hear voices, but we get instincts and signs that guide…Continue

You know. . . time has a way of moving quickly and catching you unaware of the passing years. It seems just yesterday that I was young, just married and embarking on my new life with my mate. Yet in a way, it seems like eons ago, and I wonder where all the years went. I know that I lived them all. I have glimpses of how it was back then and of all my hopes and dreams.
But, here it is... the winter of my life and it catches me by…

To all my brothers and sisters on AAG,
My apologies for not responding to your postings that I receive from time to time and also for not joining in on the chat room like I used to. The last couple of months have been both busy and most of all, uplifting. God has now started to answer my prayers, (and there has been many) and my involvement in our church has increased somewhat to say the least.
As some of you know, I am one of several techies that help to run the PA and…Continue
Bag of excuses
Some of us walk around with a bag full of excuses when it comes to spending time with God. We make excuses for just about everything and anything which we tend to blame on distractions.
Kids to get to school, shopping to do, clean up the house, wash the car, fill it up with petrol, got to go and play golf, there’s a program on TV I want to see? My partner is not a believer, (love that one) Haven’t got enough…Continue

A lot of us in our early years with Christ find that we are self-centred instead of being God-centred. We do not allow certain parts of Christ into our relationship because it does not fit into our everyday life. We have to learn to re-align our thoughts and meditate on what it is that is controlling our everyday living and decide what is more important, God, or whatever it is that is slowing our journey with him. You have to remember that God does not give us multiple choices. You’re…Continue

Hi all, this is the link to a sermon given by our minister last Sunday during our Carol Service, which I believe is well worth a listen. It's about 15 minutes long and can be found by clicking the following link. If the link does not work, then cut and paste it/copy and paste and then it should work.
From Diane and I, may we wish you all the best for…Continue

The History of the Destruction of Bel and the Dragon, Cut off from the end of Daniel. This is one of the "Lost Books of the Bible" I Hope you can read it as it is in the style of King James Bibles.
1:1 And king Astyages was gathered to his fathers, and Cyrus of Persia received his kingdom.
1:2 And Daniel conversed with the king, and was honoured above all his friends.

Did you know that Rome has a slightly different version of the Ten Commandments from the original ones that God gave to Moses. They removed the second commandment, altered the forth, and split the tenth into two commandments, 9 & 10
Have a look please and let me know what you think. I have the answers to why they changed it, but thought it would be interesting to see your thoughts and comments on it.…

Hi all, I thought you might like to see a love letter from Jesus to you.
A Love Letter From Jesus To You
My little child, I love you. (John 15:9)
I have called you by your name, you are mine. (Isaiah 43:1)
Before I formed you, I knew you. And before you were born, I consecrated you. (Jeremiah 1:5).
You did not choose me, I chose you. (John15:16).
Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in…
