The basic summary of this passage is that Paul goes from Athens to Corinth, a distance of about 50 miles, where he meets Priscilla and Aquila, who had been run out of Rome by Claudius. Like Paul, they were tentmakers, so Paul lived and worked with them, and taught in the synagogue as well.… Continue

I love collecting Praise & Worship CDs, compile the songs and gave it away to my subordinates as rewards for a job well done or as a Christmas token. This is my way of spreading God's love before where I used to work. Later on, I thought of making videos out of this inspirational music...to be given away for Christmas. But it took me weeks to finish one and so this video is my first and last…
Greetings! . . . More on Acts 17 - Paul's Visit to Athens
Have you ever heard the word versus used as a verb? You probably have, if your kids played sports. . . They say something like, "Tomorrow, we're versing the Dodgers." 'Not even a word, but you sure understand what they are saying, don't you? Well, today, we are going to observe Wisdom versing wisdom--Godly wisdom versing man's wisdom.
Yesterday, we saw Paul in Athens 'versing' all of the gods of earthly wisdom,… Continue
A chronic menstrual disorder. A perpetual issue of blood. Such
A condition would be difficult for any woman of any era. But
For a Jewess, nothing could be worse. No part of her life was left
Unaffected.
Sexually..she could not touch her husband
Maternally – she could not bear children.
Domestically-anything she touched was considered unclean. No washing dishes , no sweeping floors.
Spiritually—she was not allowed to enter the temple.
She was physically… Continue

Unanswered Prayer: Nineteen Reasons
God wants to answer our prayers and there are countless promises in the Bible that can be claimed in that regard. We need to ask with every expectation of getting answers! However, sometimes answers to prayer are delayed or go unanswered for a variety of reasons. The following thoughts indicate some of the more common reaons for unanswered prayers.
A. Unanswered Prayer: Is Not God's Desire.
Matt. 7:7,8
Mark 11:24

Hellow everyone. We are asking for prayers for Cecile's Dad. We just found out that he had a stroke yesterday. His brain is swollen and they found a clot at the back of his brain. Needless to say, this has been very, very hard for Cecile and the whole family. Please pray for him - his name is Cristino as well as the whole Mejia family. Your prayer are much appreciated.

FOR ALL THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVE'S THE CHILDREN OF THE LIVING GOD. THE TIME HAS COME FOR US ALL TO STAND UP FOR THE CAUSE OF CHRIST. THERE IS NO MORE TIME FOR US TO STAY IN THE WING'S, AND BE THE SILENCE THAT DOES'NT SPEAK UP.
THE TIME IS UPON ALL OF THIS PRESENT WORLD, WHERE THE WORD… Continue
God’s timing is always perfect. As I began preparing a sermon for July 4th weekend, I looked at the next chapter of Romans and what did I find before me? I found Romans 13 which deals the Christian’s role in government. How timely.
Remember, the Apostle Paul shifted gears beginning with Chapter 12. We have moved from learning to living. We are no longer talking about doctrine; we are talking about duty.… Continue

IS GOD DANCING ON YOUR POTATO CHIPS?
Not too long ago I had "one of those days." I was feeling pressure from a writing deadline. I had company arriving in a couple days and the toilet was clogged. I went to the… Continue
I love you Lord, and I lift my voice to worship you... oh my soul rejoice! Take pride my King in what you hear! May it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear...
After reading all my friend's replies to my somewhat desperate letter, I could't help remembering this old chorus we used to sing in my church. It is true that the Lord lives in our praises! I have had so much cause to praise and worship Him through the years for the many blessings that He had so lovingly showered upon me. How… Continue
Please pray for our family. My Mom left her earthly home where she lived with me yesterday at 3p.m EST and this was also my Birthday. We know she is with Him and we rejoice for her, but we miss here here on Earth as she was our source of inspiration and faith for all of our lives!. I know there are not many that know her fight to live and the testimony she has had that we posted mostly on facebook but she was a mighty woman of God who was mostly an Intercessory Prayer Warrior and Soul Winner!
I was raised going to church every sunday. However, I was the trouble maker out of everyone I knew. I had been in a childrens home, house arrest, and home incarceration by the time I was 16. I was kicked out of my house that year and got pregnant. I lived with my boyfriend. I left him by 18 and left my son with him as well. I started drinking and using drugs again, as I had prior to the pregnancy. Cocaine was introduced to me and I was using every single day. I moved away with my sister to… Continue
I have actually been concerned at the results from the excessive use of cell phones, hand-held devices, and internet use. It seems as though it internalizes people’s way of thinking into focusing on them selves. We purchase for self pleasure, view for self gain, support and strive for self recognition, seek self fulfillment, post massive amounts of self-portraits, and of course, spend more money on self indulgences. The levels of self-seeking opportunities are at an all time high. No wonder the… Continue
I just wanted to thank God! He truly answered a prayer of mine when I really needed it. My daughter needed glasses and God provided a way for her to get the glasses when I was unable to get them. Thank you God for answering me and helping us when we really needed you!!!!!!
