I must say that God does not make it all that difficult to "Believe in the one He sent."
I have prayed many times about this kind of thing about Christmas and Easter(or whatever other name anyone gives those days) and the Holy Spirit has never convicted me of putting up a Christmas tree and loving our Jesus not only on Christmas or Easter but every day.God STILL looks at the heart. The only ones who have tried to convict me of putting up a Christmas tree are humans. The enemy has attempted…

It is considered to be the most important holy day on the Christian calendar. It is the day that even nominal Christians attend church services. It is also as pagan as a visit to a shrine prostitute. Modern Christians call it, Easter. The Pagans called her by many names. She was known as Aphrodite, Cybele, or Sybyl, Diana, Electra, Europa, Isis, Venus, Semiramis, Ashtoreth and Astarte, -- Ishtar. While pretending to worship Christ during this spring festival, modern Christians honor her as…

Considering the fact that nearly every “holiday” or celebration in the western word has some pagan connection, Christians are right to be wary of observing the day known as “April Fools Day.” The question does naturally arise whether the observance of “April Fools Day” is something the believer in Christ should observe.
Although it can be shown to have been observed in many countries over hundreds of years, an examination of the origin of this observance shows…

I've been gone. My computer got infected. I read about 2 ploys of satan on your blog. Being discredited and misreading the word to justify sin. And I'm reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.

Chapter 2
INTRODUCTION
In his book of illustrations of Bible Truth, H.A. Ironside pointed out the folly of judging others. He related an incident in the life of a man called Bishop Potter. "He was sailing for Europe on one of the great transatlantic ocean liners. When he went on board, he found that another passenger was to share the cabin with him. After going to see the accommodations, he came up to the purser's desk and inquired if he could leave his gold watch and other valuables…

Is America becoming Israel's enemy?
American-Israeli relations are at a 35 year all-time low, according to the Israeli ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren.
The relationship between the United States and Israel has not been this battered since Gerald Ford was president, sparring with Israel after their refusal to withdraw from Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, which Israel eventually did.
There were some rocky moments since then between President Ronald Reagan…

Two weeks ago I received a phone call regarding a resume' I submitted for a job. The lady was so impressed with my experience that she had me come in the next day for an interview. Towards the end of the interview she said she wanted me back for a second interview with the "team". I returned Friday of last week to interview with the "team". I had five (5) separate interviews with an Executive Assistant, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operting Officer and then with the…

I will make it happen.... I will provide food upon the table... pay the rent... struggle to make ends meet...I will do this... I will do that....
Why are we so stubborn?
Why cant we just : Let go and Let God???
Are we that pride and self-centred?
Are we thinking that we are that all powerful!
Why cant we just submit unto the Lord and say: What ever happens, Your will be done Lord!
Or are we afraid of what is the Lords' will?
Is it that…

I would like to go back from the past experience that I've encountered from a bible study session at the woman's home with a terminal cancer around her neck and was given a week to live(the hospital doctors advised her to spend her days at home). The miracle happened just after she'd listened from the two sisters testimony of their mom's instant healing from a busted vain in the right eye after the reading of Mark 5:26-29 Just right… Continue

So this week has been trying. Both of my children are sick. One with a double ear infection and the other with the stomach virus so they are pretty miserable. And to top everything off I have to call off for another week from work. Don't get me wrong, I love my babies and my job is second place to them, but I really like this job and I want to keep it. I have just called off alot for us being sick and I don't want to lose it. I will have no way to take care of my household and the job market…

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This is an urgent plea for us to urgently look inward very quickly.
I believe most of us are all GUILTY in some form or another. Take a moment to not look at this as criticism, but rather a cry for unity in Christ!
PLEASE take the time to read this.
So, what am I on about?
There has been a shocking increase in the amount of written/verbal attacks between Christians. Some of these are sarcastic comments, some are blatant…
