When I was a little girl, I loved the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland; for me, it had it all. A little bit of thrill, a lot of action, boat ride, and hey, it ended
with beautiful jewelry and treasure spread out on the sand—everything
that would bring a sparkle to a little girl’s…

be troubled! For He is the Lord our God and He is with us always!! His Word is truth and it is the
same yesterday, today and tomorrow! He is worthy of our Praise! There is none like Him! AMEN!!
Psalm 117 (King James Version)
1O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
2For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the…

The Fearful Destiny!
By James Smith, 1857
The sinners in Zion are terrified!
Terror has surprised the hypocrites!
"Who can live with this devouring fire?" they cry.
"Who can survive these everlasting burnings?"
Isaiah 33:14
The threatenings of God are solemn things. They are called forth by sin. They prove God's justice. They manifest his unutterable abhorrence of all impurity. They are too much overlooked. Many put them away as if they…

Several years ago, Hollywood and much of the world was rocked by a film
unlike any ever made before it. THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST came closer
to showing what the Lord Jesus endured when He sacrificed His life to
save us from our sins than any "Jesus" movie had ever dared to. Mel
Gibson sought the help of the Christian community to get this incredible
film before the public. Many Christians united to help Mel bring THE
PASSION to theaters. And it made…

How many times has God lifted us out of our troubles and afflictions? Can you count how many times? I know that I can’t! So many times He has delivered me out of my own afflictions and given me answers to many problems I have faced in life and come up with miracles in the eleventh hour. It is something I like to tell about in hopes that it can bring others faith In God up a notch for His Glory. There have been times when someone I relate those answered prayers to, look at me with doubt written…

Last night, i was talking to the Lord while looking up at the stars. I was hungering for him and really wanted to see a sign from Him, if i couldnt see His face. i wanted to know if He was with me or if he could hear me, so I asked Him to show me a sign in the sky, like a shooting star and i waited and watched, nothing happened. Then i told Him that i would wait patiently and still nothing happened. So i went inside..about 30 min later, i went out and was watching the sky and a shooting star…

Where does it say that homosexuality is a sin in the bible?
I'm not gay!
I forgot that i asked this question. I want to know where it talks about the lifestyle and what verses in the bible. So, i can response to those gay people who claim that we are misinterpreting the scripture which we are not missinterpreting the scripture.

The Epistle to the Romans Lesson 16 - Contents
Chapter 16
INTRODUCTION:
On Wednesday night we looked at the closing verses of Romans 15 as Paul states in v 23 that there is no place else to go and he is now lead by the Spirit to go to Rome...but by way of Jerusalem.
Romans 16:1-16
In verses 1 through 16 Paul sends personal greeting to twenty-six people.
Phoebe is the one who will take this epistle to Rome. She is sent as…

THE LOST IN HELLM. E. Thorkildson
While Jesus was on earth, He told His disciples that,“there was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day and there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate full of sores, and desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s…

Full of honor and majesty in his work,
and his righteousness endures for ever.
He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered;
the Lord is gracious and merciful
He provides food for those who fear him;
he is ever mindful of his covenant.
He has shown his people the power of his works,
in giving them the heritage of the nations.
The works of his hands are faithful and just;
all of his precepts are trustworthy,
they are established for ever and…

I am new to All About GOD but I feel very comfortable in asking a favor so soon of this community. My boss had a family emergency this last week and he recently found out that his 28 year old brother in law is facing stage 3 cancer when some tumors were recently removed. Please pray for the brother in law and the whole family that God sees them all through this time and that they find strength in Gods will and that they trust in him to care for them all during this fragile time in life. This…

This last Tuesday, I made the move to the Sanctuary. It is only about a block away from the Friends’ Church, the site of the prayer
meeting with the Long Beach street people that I have led the
last six months, but . . . it was a big change. Moments
were inspiring and God-filled, others…

The seventh and last principle determining our level of authority in prayer ( or any spiritual activity, for that matter) is our assignment. This is the authority that comes from representation. Though we will all have the same level of authority when it comes to accessing our Heavenly Father and petitioning Him for our personal needs in Christ's name, we do not walk in the same level of authority when it comes to fulfilling spiritual assignments.
A good example is the scope of U.S.…

To walk through life and touch someone
And shine the light of Christ the Son.
To walk with Me and learn My way
From rising sun to end of day.
Reaching out to all in need
Of prayer, compassion and good deed
To love, to laugh to share and forgive
For all the days that you shall live.
Upon this earth as you travel along
Sing to the world a brand new song.
Planting seeds of hope as you go
That Christ…

Whatever God’s will is in our lives He will see to it that His will be done. No mountain, no barrier, no man can get in the way of His plans for you just as nothing was able to get in the way of delivering His people from Egypt. The whole earth He will move to set His people free just as surely as the Red Sea parted He will make your way straight. It is only us who sometimes get in the way when we allow fear or doubt to set upon our minds and our hearts. We have to learn discipline in order…
