"The average lifespan of all the world's greatest civiliations from the beginning of history has been about two hundred years. During that two-century span, each of these nations progressed through the following sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to complacency; from complacency to apathy;
from apathy to dependence; and from dependence back into bondage."

From My Perspective - - -
The time of Celebration finally comes to an end – the last balloon has floated down; the last bit of confetti is brushed from ones clothing; the Band packs its instruments to leave – the festivities are over! But then – The Morning After comes – along with the weariness of celebration; the hangovers and headaches; a reality that you’re in a strange room with unknown people; gazing and wonderment are also realities - - Then what? As in most “Morning After”… Continue

I just want to thank God for blessing me.
I have a great job that I have been at for 6 months now. I enjoy my work and am blessed to work in a very supportive work environment. I just moved into a new home. I am healthy.
I just want to take the time to acknowledge him and realize that I am truly blessed, instead of focusing on the things I don't have.
Thanks Be to God!!!!
I continue to pray that God will bring me the man that he has for me, so that I…

A voice from heaven said, "God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away". Revelation 21:4 NKJV
Pain is an immobilizer. When you're in pain, regular life activities are often put on hold. This makes perfect sense, especially if what you're are experiencing is significant physical pain. Imagine, for instance trying to life heavy objects at your job when you're…

The Troika comes from the Russian Language and History and means: “a threesome; a collection of three of any kind (except the Holy Trinity)…" In particular, the word and concept had particular relevance during the years of Joseph Stalin who had a Commission of Three to carry out the rapid prosecution and persecution of dissidents or anybody accused of political crimes in the Soviet Union. This gave rise to the Triumvirate Concept of rule by three powerful… Continue

After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When Evening came, he was there alone. -Matthew 14:23 NIV
Do you ever wish you could just snap your fingers and be whisked away form the rattle and thunder of a busy day? Have you ever wondered what a moment in life would sound like apart from the chatter, the clatter, and the commotion of friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors? Silence is a precious commodity in a noise marinated…

Holidays are uppon us. this is the time of year I miss my son the most. I did feel his presence in the wind last evening. Just as I felt the presence of the Lord. He answers my prayers and gives me comfort in knowing James is in Gods hand. That is the most comforting thought of all.

“Ask of me what you will,” He said as He gently pulled me on His knee. My eyes were closed but I knew it was the Father. I was cocooned in a brilliantly white, warm, peaceful embrace. My hands were glowing hot and I knew instantly that I had received the gift of healing.
I would have loved to stay there forever. It was heavenly how His love flowed over and through me. This happened years ago, but I remember it as if it was a few minutes ago. In fact, over the years whenever I have…

If you have hard or dry places in your heart today, God wants to soften those areas. He promises in Ezekiel that He will take out the stony, hard heart, and He will replace it with a new heart, a heart that is open to Him. And when you have an open and receptive heart, you are good ground! The seed of the Word will take root and grow, and it will produce an abundant harvest of blessing in every area of your life!
A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank You for the seed…

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.
Jesus is still walking the World. In Spirit and in Truth.
Our assignment is to love and spread the gospel throughout the world.
When you've come to the end of your rope, reach for the hem of His garment................

Christian
by:Maya Angelou
This is Beautiful, enjoy. "A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ that a man should have to seek Him first to find her." When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not shouting "I'm clean livin'." I'm whispering "I was lost, Now I'm found and forgiven." When I say... "I am a Christian" I don't speak of this with pride. I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide. When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not trying to be strong. I'm…

Laughter Is Food For The Soul
T.D. Jakes (a well-known preacher) was returning to Texas after a
speaking engagement. When his plane arrived, there was a limousine there to transport him to his home in Dallas. As he prepared to get into the limo, he stopped and spoke to the driver. 'You know' he said, 'I am
almost 50 years old and I have never driven a limousine. Would you mind if I drive it for a while?'
The driver said, 'No problem. Have at…

Pastor's Business Card
A new pastor was visiting in the homes of his parishioners.
At one house it seemed obvious that someone was at home,
But no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door. Therefore, he
Took out a business card and wrote "Revelation 3:20" on the back of it
And stuck it in the door.
When the offering was processed the following Sunday, He found that his card had been returned. Added to it was this
Cryptic message,…

Ninety-Eight
At the Sunday service, the Minister asked, "
How many of you are willing to forgive your enemies?"
80% held up their hands.
The Minister then repeated his question.
All responded this time, except one small elderly Lady.
"Mrs Jones?, Are you not willing to forgive your enemies?"
"I don't have any." She replied, smiling sweetly.
"Mrs Jones, that is very unusual. How old are…
