There are so many signs that tell us we are living in the last days of earth's history. Not only do we have the signs of the end times, and the 6000 year timeline plan of God, we also have the apostle Paul's description of the last days in 2 Timothy 3.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 .....'This know also, that in the last…

This is a good one—I hope you’ll read it and meditate on it.
Paul closes out Romans 14 by making an appeal to the Roman church to do what it takes to get along with one another. “Make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification. Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food… Whatever you believe about these things [food or wine] keep between yourself and God …” (There is no need for you to peddle your convictions about opinions/gray areas to other…

Revelation Chapter 18
1And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. …

Matthew 5:3-12
Our Saviour here gives eight characters of blessed people, which represent to us the principal graces of a Christian. 1. The poor in spirit are happy. These bring their minds to their condition, when it is a low condition. They are humble and lowly in their own eyes. They see their want, bewail their guilt, and thirst…

Before You Face God on Judgment Day
My friend, if I didn't know God, and Jesus Christ were not my Saviour, and I knew that one day God would be my Judge, I would be terrified.
Are you ready to face God?
The very thought causes me to examine myself and draw nearer… Continue

We begin to digest food long before we taste our first bite. Our Father designed us to be able to take food and drink, no matter the state it began in, our bodies can change it into the fuel we need. Without any thought on our part, our bodies convert (food) into a absorbable form for assimilation into our system. To absorb, one definition is :to take in and utilize. To assimilate, one definition is: to convert a substance suitable for incorporation into the body and tissue. We are effected by…

Come and let me tell you bout a man named Michael.
Michael. I stepped up to the Post Office window and said, ‘do you by any chance have any lavender stamps to match these invitations? See, they are for Bible study, and women really like when things match…’you know what I mean?’
‘Bible study, huh?’ the postal worker said. To which he said, ‘You know, Heaven is a place of wonder, color, and beautiful music …’
‘Uh-huh…I think I need about 120 stamps,’ I said,…

What We Must Learn From the Zachery Tims Tragedy
Wednesday, 17 August 2011 09:50 AM EDT J. Lee GradyNewsletters - Fire In My Bones
God has something sobering to say to us through the death of this popular preacher.
Zachery Tims’ story had a great beginning. As a young man he met Jesus and was saved from a life of crime and drugs. He and his wife, Riva, moved from Baltimore to…

A theology professor was teaching about proverbs 15:1. He asked his students, "Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset? The students thought for a while. One of them said, because we lose our calm, we shout for that. "But why shout when the other person is just next to you?" asked the professor.
"Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice? Why do you shout at a person when you are angry?" The students gave some other answers but…

Revelation Chapter 17
1And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
2With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. …

JESUS CHRIST Believers and Folllowers are the only true Christians.Whoever denies HIS Deity is not a true Christian. Whoever denies that He became a man is not a true Christians.
And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. ACTS 11:26
But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus…

My earthly desire is to have...
a woman comprised of softness,
both in flesh and soul.
Her presence offsets the hardness
of everyday living that bluntly smacks me.
To be with a spirit, overflowing with joy,
greeting me daily with unexpected sweetness,
soothes all internal bruises from
the day's accumulation of subtle brutality.
Rubies belie her value to me;
her natural radiance permeates my core,
allowing me to experience…

Foolishness of Jehovah
exceeds the wisdom of Mankind;
torture by crucifixion
was to serve as a deterrent
to stop all forms of crime.
Inhumane treatment
demonstrates insatiable blood thirst
in a vain attempt to bring out
the best character of man
by placing World's justice system first.
However, death of the Innocent Lamb,
a perfect sacrifice God did decree
to bridge the gap of sin
using Man's worst punishment
in a twist of…

Revelation 16
1And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. …

He calls us to become an entirely new creation
The Apostle Paul gives us a challenge with his statement “if anyone is in Christ” (2 Corinthians 5:17). For he is saying that this is only true of us IF we are IN Christ. But, what a glorious truth it is, for those who are IN…

We all do it. We size up people, based on what we see, then we make judgments on such, even if not mean-spirited or critical. But things are not always as they appear.
For instance, I know people who have a really hard time with obese individuals—the assumption being that the person has no self control. They find it hard to respect them as a manager or leader . . .but, could it be that there are things totally out of the ‘big’ person’s control that have led to the individual’s own…

Revelation 15
1And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of…

I have often talked to people who say they are too scared to witness, or reach out to people that are strangers to them. They're scared to look them in the eye and invite them to church; or they're scared of what the person will think. This is all common. I've even struggled with it.
For the past few months, I've found the courage and bravery to stand up and talk to someone about Jesus. I'm no longer ashamed to say that Jesus loves them and that He's coming back. I've gotten…
