I'm here to...: meet with other like minded people and discuss issues, ask questions etc. I don't know many Christian people and feel a bit isolated. Looking for fellowship and encouragement and to be able to provide the same to others.

My story with God: I spent 20 years of my adult life in the Military, pretty much doing all I could to reject the Lord or at least try to ignore Him. I did and saw many terrible things that at the time I paid no attention to. I was at a point in my life where I was spiralling out of control. In an act of desperation I cried out to the only One who could save me, and He was there for me. Jesus has turned my life around. I am not the person I was. Nothing about me is the same.
