It was good to see your comment on; A faith that works through love that I posted. I preached that message last Sunday at church. I love the practical application of the 2 Peter 1:1-9 scripture. It reads like a recipe and the end product is the love of God flowing out of our lives.

I have been busy about the work of the Lord that is the joy to my heart. I just want Jesus to be glorified in my life, in my attitudes, actions, and words. I also want to leave a legacy for those who come after when I am home with the Lord.

In this leadership group I am going to in my church we are doing a study called God's Davine Design. This week Chip Ingram on the video we watched described us all as paint brushes, some are rollers like Billy Graham and Angus who are rollers who touch many people. then a teacher is a brush with an edge. The image of him holding all these different kinds of brushes was powerful. Think about it how hard it would be if you used a little paint brush with a point to paint a whole wall.

This is why we need to find out our spiritual gifts so we can be used by the Lord in a way that is a blessing to us and to others.

Hi dear Sister Romona,
It is so sad to hear about the situation in South Africa. My heart cries out for God to send a sweeping revival to push back the darkness that seems to be growing. My heart especially goes out to the Believers who have to deal with all the sorrow and tribulation.

In the USA the darkness seems to be growing also. Yes there are many churches, but everyone is so self centered. They want to be entertained, but do not want to participate in doing the work of the ministry.

I check to see if they put my message I preach up on the site yet, but it is not there. Pastor Bill was away on spring break with his family so I do not know if it was recorded or not. I have had a number of people come and tell me it was the best sermon I have ever preached. This scripture I preached on from 2Peter 1:1-9 is so very powerful.

This is the first day I have had off from ministry since last Friday and anticipating staying home and resting up. I love ministry so much that if I am not careful I overdo it and then have a hard time dealing with my physical issue with my chronic pain problem.

Ramona I do pray for you and your beloved country that the Holy Spirit will blow over the land and sweep away the corruption that is in the government. I pray that the churches who love and honor the name of Jesus will be strong in the Lord and the power of His might knowing that like a flood the Lord will raise a standard up against the enemy who is behind all the evil that is provoking violence and hatred.

Dear Father give Ramona a peace that passes all understanding and give her grace to let her light shine before men that they might see you Lord through her good works.

Soon Father we will all be with you and this present evil world will be no more. So we rejoice in your coming kingdom. Come Lord Jesus is our cry.

I just got through getting to hear Alice on the phone. She sounded so sweet squealing and laughing.

The kids are loving the e-mails and the picyures. I am too.. they havent seen the Bush baby yet but I will show them this afternoon. Kyle was just as anxious as the other two to read the e-mails from you. He is shy but I think he will want to write soon and send you a picture too. I will hug Alice for you . I think when she finally gets to come here we will all be fighting over her again. She is sweet. If JohnAnn knew what picture ZI sent you she would ask me why I didnt send one with her dressed up. I sent that one because she was with the kids and thats the one they chose. They love her a lot.

This pic reminds me of after my brother passed away. Mama of took his dieing the hardest. I remember she got so skinny and always would stare out the front door screen staring down the road. She did this every day for a very long time. She didnt talk much to us anymore because of her grieving. One she she became very angry at God and told Him that it was raining and told Him why couldnt she ever see a rainbow. She said she told God she hasnt seen a rainbow for years. She said never thought anymore about it she just was crying and doing dishes. when she was done with the dishes she went straight to the screen door to stare down the road. We knew she did that in hopes my brother would come home. When she went to the door she said wow look a rainbow she then stepped out side with us following her. We had no idea at the time about her talk with God. We were standing on the porch looking at the awesome rainbow then as soon as we were looking another rainbow came over that one and then another one. Three rainbows for my mom... We hadnt seen mama like that day . She still grieved but I really thing these rainbows helped her get through .
