Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Amanda, Eugenia and all,

God is in charge. Nothing can happen without His permission. That is a little tough on us sometimes but nothing compared to what He had done for us. God makes everything world for our good, if we love Him and are called according to His purpose. I know the people are hurting over this terrible accident. I know your husband and Dan are hurting. I can imagine that many lives will be saved because of this mishap. I pray for Steve's family. I pray they will completely turn to God during this time. You are correct, it is very sad. Soon He will remove all our tears and all our fears. Father, help us to completely trust You. Your ways are higher than ours. We usually can only see things for a single perspective. You know the end from the beginning. Give Your people comfort and hope. Father, we submit our lives to You. Sanctify us from this evil world. In Jesus name.

Lord I thank You for You are very awesome and all Your ways are good. You bring life to us Your love for us is endlessly even when we reject You, You never give up on us. Lord I pray that I may respect You, fear You, and that I may have Your patience on others, those who still dont know You, for You were so patient on me. Lord I pray for salvation on those lives that are still in slavery to the world. Lord bring life to these dry and thirsty souls. Lord open the eyes and ears of those the devil has blinded that they may know that life in Your son Jesus Christ is more wonderful than in the world. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen

Elain, I hope it's ok to ask. How is Dan doing ok in this heat?

Hey, Jesus calmed the storm in the Bible, He can calm down this drought!

This also may help. If He can stop a tornado and hail than He can stop this drought!

Dear Father,'

You are indeed faithful to Your children. Your faithfulness leads us to trust that You are always with us and always turn Your listening ears to our cries of supplication.

Thank You Lord for ALL answered prayers.

Your grace abounds in us always, guiding us through all our struggles with pains, disappointments, disasters, hurts, helplessness and and sometimes, hopelessness.

We are able to survive all these struggles because of Your Loving kindness, not because we deserve anything. Father forgive us all our sins and and deliver us from evil.
Lord, there are many who desire Your saving grace and comfort. Please comfort the afflicted and give strength to those dealing with natural disasters to overcome the pressures facing them.

Lord, I thank You for your healing grace on Carla and Elaine and I lift up Amanda and her family to your throne of grace. Comfort them and grant them peace in the situation they are facing presently. Strengthem their faith in You
Continue to bless Roy and his family, and give him the courage to continue to inercede for us all the time. May he never be tired in his intercession.

Father, You are worthy of our praise. I bring all prayer request to Your throne, because I know the promise of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ still holds, that whatever we ask You in His Name, You will give us. Therefore in His Name I offer these petitions, knowing that You will grant them, in His Mighty Name. Amen.

Elaine,

It hurts thinking of you going through that. I am so grateful you survived. The community was praying. I am very grateful for Carla's help for the Lord while in surgery. I am asking God for complete recovery. I am thankful that Carla's son is okay.

We are grateful for Angela's answered prayers.

In Jesus name.

Praise God Elaine...  so glad you are okay..

We think the problems with my son are (were) heat exhaustion.  He had it two weeks ago also.  We are so spoiled with our aircondition as Roy said.  I have asked the Lord to show me someone whom I can invite into my home to share the cool air with.  I don't think it's as hot here in Toronto Canada as it is in the States...but we are having record breaking temperatures also.  Lord have mercy on us.

Heavenly Father,

I stand in agreement with these prayers asking for comfort for your people, peace  in difficult situations as we learn that you are always with us and that you will never leave us or forsake us.  Thank you for each one here Lord.  You have made each one of us unique, yet we are also made in Your image.  This gives us a glimpse of Your Glory Lord and how beautiful You are as we look at each child you have created, and that you love.  Thank you Lord that you comfort us and give us your peace.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you everyone for your prayers.  I felt them strongly when I was on the operating table.  It was a surgery which required local anesthesia...the largest incision is 13 stitches.  Jesus was with me holding me hand.  Anxiety tempted to loom over me, I started to cry...but the Lord comforted me and held my hand.  He reminded me He is omnipresent, and that He will never leave me or forsake me.  When we are tempted to give in to anxiety...turn around--that's the wrong way to go.  Trust in Jesus instead.  My son seems to be restored to perfect health... Praise God.  Thank you everyone.
