Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Chris,

I am sorry that you are having to endure these surgeries. I pray that our Lord will be with you through all you have to go through. God is wondrously using you and it does not appear He is finished. I agree. Grandkids are wonderful. Bless you. In Jesus name.

Father,

I praise and glorify You this day and thank You for giving us life and love though we do not deserve it.  Father I offer to You, all our sufferings, our pains, and worries and our sorrows, so that they may be perfect offerings of our praise and Your glory.

Lord, I lift up Chris's knee to Your throne of grace.  You know Your will for him and You also know what he is going through; look with favour upon him and relieve him of this pain.  Father, I know of people who were healed by You, who didn't have to go into surgery, because Your grace is enough.  Pour down Your grace on Chris and touch him with Your healing Hands.  He awaits Your touch now Lord, so that he can be whole again and glorify Your Name because You are worthy of praise.  If he has to go into surgery, find a surgeon of Your choice to do it in the MNJ.

Father, I thank You for all brothers and sisters here especially,  Elaine, Roy, Feet, Amanda, Chris, Choco, Char, David, Lena and Dena, who continuosly intercede for us all.  Bless them in their times of need, and bless their families.

I lift up my children to You this day; Fred, Hubert and Ellie.  Father, they are Your special gift to me.  I pray that You fill them with Your love in all their daily trials and tribulation.  Reveal Yourself to them and all around them so that they realise that You are Almighty.

Lord I give You thanks for all our blessings.  May our trials be part of our offerings and sacrifices of praise to You.  I pray in the Mighty Name of Jesus.  Amen.

Thank You Lord for all answered prayers.

Hey, you know what maybe we can do? That is if it's ok with Chris.

Not to sound weird or anything but Chris do you have a picture showing your legs? If you showed us maybe we could pray "over" your legs like they would do in a church. We're not in a church building but we're your brothers and sisters in Christ. We could pray "over" your legs except online. It'd still have the same effect because we're still one Body whether we're in the same building together or on a forum.

Chris please tell us if you like the idea.

Blessings, His Mercy and His Grace to All in Jesus Holy Name.  I have been here and there for some time now.  The enemy is just that, "the enemy."  As many of you, I have been under attack of late.

I was told long ago my knees, at some point would need surgery.  After, the failed back surgery.  I am not what one could call a "fan" of surgery.  A few weeks ago my Dr. felt my knees, and she told I must get orthopedic surgeon. In the past few weeks, they have been popping out, and down I go.  Many have been Praying for me and mine.  Thank you all so very much.  "Please continue."  I give Praise and Thanksgiving to the Lord, that He would use  any and all, who are willing.  Praise the Lord. And, Thank you.

Amen.

Lina,

Anyone that feels worthy has never experienced His glorious grace. Yet, He will take our failures and make them glorious in the sight of God. Let wisdom guide you through your failures. We should not despise our weaknesses. Yet, w do. He gets glory out of using these weak vessels of ours. Paul said he would boast in his weaknesses. At the end of our journeys we are sown in weaknesses but raised in power and glory. We will laugh at those things that get us down. We give them to God and He takes care of them. We will make it. In this life I see no way especially right now. Yet, I know He glories in these times. These times of suffering and temptations bring strength to our faith. We are made perfect by His sufferings and brought to eternal glory by His life. We trust in Him completely and lean not to our own way of thinking. Our way brings condemnation. His way brings glory. I choose to walk in His way. Jesus was crucified in weakness but raised in power and with all authority. Therefore, in Jesus name, go in His power and glory. Testify of His greatness. Tell His story.

2 Co 13:4 For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God's power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God's power we will live with him to serve you. NIV

Thanks for the boost Roy.  Sometimes, I feel so helpless and so unworthy, but thank God, our salvation does not depend on what we feel but on Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Father , I am ever so grateful for that great sacrifice on Calvary that washed me clean from my many sins.

Thank You Lord!

Thank You Lord for my friends and family in this prayer room that continue to lift up each of us and our problems to You.  Continue to bless each and everyone of them in the Mighty Name of Jesus.  Amen.

Roy, I pray for God's blessings for you and your family this day and forever more.

Lina,

You are a precious saint of God. You are not worthy of His Kingdom but no one is. We put our faith in Jesus. Jesus did all that was necessary for our complete and total salvation. We are saved to the uttermost because of our faith in Him not because of our own abilities. I know you know all of this but sometimes we get down and wonder about ourselves. We all do that. We must fix our eyes on Jesus and not on ourselves. If we fix our eyes on self we see nothing but failures. When we fix our eyes on Jesus we see complete and total success. We are what we are because of Him. Steve is in heaven today because of Jesus. He will make the vilest sinner clean. We cannot make ourselves clean no matter how much we try. We will never be good enough.

Father, we thank You that Your Son came and fulfilled everything required for our salvation. We are all so full of weaknesses yet You saved us. You saved us from our sins. How do we thank You. I see some very faithful saints here on this site but I know their salvation is not because of that. It is because of Your glorious Son. We come on here to thank You and to lift up others as we wait Your blessed appearance or our time to come to You. We work the best we can until that day. We fail so many times. Forgive us for our extreme weaknesses. Keep us all safe in Your arms. Bless all those who are suffering this day. Bless those who are mourning. Put Your loving arm around each one. In Jesus name.

I know a similar song by heart:

  1. Sing the wondrous love of Jesus,
    Sing His mercy and His grace;
In the mansions bright and blessed
He’ll prepare for us a place.
    • Refrain:
When we all get to heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
      When we all see Jesus,
We’ll sing and shout the victory!
  2. While we walk the pilgrim pathway,
    Clouds will overspread the sky;
But when trav’ling days are over,
Not a shadow, not a sigh.
  3. Let us then be true and faithful,
    Trusting, serving every day;
Just one glimpse of Him in glory
Will the toils of life repay.

I forgot some of the words and had to look it up. haha It's been a long time. I like that last line - just one glimpse of Him in glory will the toils of life repay. I dedicate that to all that have had some struggles lately.

Blessings to you all. Jesus is our glorious Savior and Lord. He knows you and your prayers.

Amanda, thanks for the video, 'I won't Complain'.  It is really thought provoking.  We rarely look back on our blessings, and all we do is complain.   Counting our blessings make us appreciate God's love for us and give us the zeal to sing His honour and praise.  I won't Complain!

Thank you and God bless you and your family!

Dear Father,

We are forever grateful to You for everything You do in our lives. We thank You for Your grace upon us in times of pain and grief.  Father,  I acknowledge Your amazing grace this morning and Your salvation for the whole of mankind.  We are helpless without You, but we sometimes forget this and think we can manage our affairs without You.  Forgive us this flaw in us and be patient with us in times when we focus on ourselves instead of on You. Hear us when we repent and come back to Your throne and always remind us of Your presence in our lives.

Thanks for the wonderful reception for Steve into Your kingdom.  Let his family be comforted knowing that he is with You.  Give them courage to go on with the hope that, they'll meet with him one day.  Bless this family, and send down Your Spirit to guide and guard them through their struggle to cope with this loss.  I lift up his wife to Your throne of grace, as she now takes up the role of both mother and father.  Give her wisdom to bring up this children in the way You desire.  Bless all that she does in the MNJ.

Father, I sometimes wonder whether I would be worthy of Your kingdom when my time comes, but I know Your amazing grace is with all Your children, and I may stand a chance.  My desire is to see Your Face and praise You with the angels and saints above, some day.  What a great day that will be!

Father, may Your will be done in our lives today and forever, in Jesus' Mighty Name, I pray.   Amen.

'When we all get to Heaven, what a great rejoicing there shall be.  When we all see Jesus, we shall sing and shout the victory'. (A friend of mine wrote this song and I would like to share the lyrics with you all. I wish I could post the music, but I am technologially disadvantaged.)

God bless you all.  Keep up the faith.
