Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Father this wonderful day you have made for me and my brothers and sisters, I pray that your desires may be my desires for the rest of my earthly life. No matter what comes my way let me give you thanks for plans upon my life are always good. Father I pray in Jesus name. Amen

Father God you are too holy and great beyond words. Help me to know you each day of my life here on earth. Help to have my mind fixed on you day and night for I believe that I am alive today it is because of you, you have rescued me from the power of pit by your unfailing love. I was completely gone, the enemy had me covered and I had no way out for I was marked for death, separated from you my life forever yet. Just when I thought all was gone you came to my rescue. Great God you are my only hope for there is none beside thee.
Lord my prayer this beautiful morning you have made for me is that you rescue me from my rebellion. I desire not grieve you, for fools will mock me once I rebel against you and only you my God. Lord I ask all this in the name of your dear son, eternal savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

My daughter's babysitter quit this morning, on father's day. She was supposed to come over for a couple house so J could get out and have breakfast at IHOP. I know the kids are rascals, but sitter didn't bother to call or text. She just didn't show. When my daughter finally got a response, it was mean. My daughter was very hurt. Times like these we go to God and lay it at His feet. I don't know any other way. This problem is bigger than us. S doesn't know whether to quit her job. They are already down 1 person and would be hurting. She doesn't know where she'd find a new sitter on such short notice, someone reliable, kind and good to the kids. We are seeking God's help and wisdom.
God, I lift S&J to You. Please show them what to do. They either need a new babysitter asap. God, You know they need a new sitter by next week. Or they need Your wisdom for S to give her notice at work. Another option is for J to get a raise at work. We're praying for that. Please keep S&J in Your perfect peace and strengthen them. Please show them which way to go and which is the best.

Shared thought for Janet and family friends God holds a special Place for those in sorrow under is wings be blessed may she find rest peace that surpasses understanding and known is healing embrace.

God, I lift the city of Orlando to You. A number of horrific things have happened recently the likes of which I find it hard to talk about. You Lord know the needs, and You are the answer. With my limited abilities I ask for comfort and peace for those who need it and whatever You know they need God. I thank You for being there in their hour of need. I ask for revival. I've seen ministries already in Orlando and headed down to Orlando. I've seen prayers in the streets. I ask that hearts can be turned to You and won for You Lord. God, please strengthen and help them as they minister. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

Please continue to pray for A and her family. She had a second stroke. A has a lot of confusion, trouble using her left foot and slurred speech. I ask for strength for A and healing, for her family, peace and comfort. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
