Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Father,

You are our Saving, healing, caring and loving God. You have provided for us everything necessary for complete and absolute forgiveness and a position as a born-again child of Yours. You have restored to us that life that was taken away in the Garden. As Paul has said, we walk by faith and not by sight. You have said, Father, "I will call them my people that are not my people."

You have adopted us into this glorious family and have made us Your own. You have said that those who were not Your people will be called "Sons of the Living God." Just as You called Abraham You have called us to be Your people, Your sons. We are grateful. You have said that all those who call on the name of Jesus shall be saved. Father, we are all here Yours. We are here because You have called us to be Yours. We have responded to the voice of our Lord, we heard His call. You have so many plans for us. We do not understand all that You have planned but we do know that Your plans for us have been made from the foundation of the earth. You gave Your own Son for us. His life, death and resurrection is beyond our comprehension. Sometimes we forget the price that has been paid for our sins. Forgive our doubts, fears and weaknesses. Forgive us for ever questioning Your love for us. Help us to keep our eyes focused on Jesus, the AUTHOR and FINISHER of our faith. Help us to keep our eyes on the cross and understanding its full meaning. And help us always to worship our resurrected Savior. In Jesus name.

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." [Psalm 103:1-3]

"Father God, praise, honour, and glory to Your Holy Name.

Thank You for each new day. Whether rain or shine, there's much to be done; much to learn.

Thank You for allowing me to encounter Desirée, 78, who is under great stress because of her husband's dementia, and her son, who is diagnosed with Meningitis, now has a stroke. Sadly, Father, Desiree's stress triggers fainting spells, like yesterday's. I don't know her spiritual background, Lord, but You do. Humbly I ask You, in the precious name of Messiah Jesus, to comfort this dear lady; please ease her stress by allowing her to deal with the situation in a different way, perhaps by obtaining outside assistance to attend to the needs of her husband and son. Father, please open the hearts and ears of Social Assistance. May it be done in accordance to Your Will, Father, not mine. Amen.

Father, please remember CC's daughter's doctor's appointment today regarding her spine. Again, Father, may Your Will be done for this young lady, as we humbly ask for good news with regard to her spine. All glory and honour to You, O Lord; for You are in total control. In Jesus precious name. Amen.

Also Father, there are others here who seek You in their time of need. I stand with each one before Your Throne of Grace, humbly asking for favour, whether it be for healing, a miracle, family matters, travel mercies, or finding a lost friend. Your are in absolute control. You see the end from the beginning. We bow humbly before You with hope in our hearts that our prayers are in accordance with Your Will. In the mighty Name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank You Most Gracious and Merciful God for answered prayers past and present. For the unanswered prayers, Father, we thank You for Your wisdom; for had we been granted answers to those prayers, we might well have regretted them. You are forever magnified through the blessed name of Messiah Jesus. Amen."

"Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up." James 4:10

O Sovereign Lord with all the troubles that surround us that this dying earth is now going through. Lord I figure we need to live constantly under Your wings and never go our own ways. We have to be Your great witnesses Lord I guess we need to be gentler and let Your Holy Spirit to work on as. You are a loving and merciful, approachable and a Father who disciplines us because of Your great love You have toward a sinner.
Lord thank You for the blood of Jesus who is so real and that he is able to wash away all our sins and make us pure for You. Thank You Lord Jesus for Your sacrifice, for being the same now as were yesterday and so shall will be for eternity.
Lord by the authority which You have given every believer that has been washed in the blood of the lamb I pronounce healing on all those who are not feeling well and also I pray for salvation to all those whose lives that are still in darkness. Father let Your will be done to the glory of Your name in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Ok, I was on youtube. Someone commented on a video about Jesus and a blind man. He said he's not a Christian but has respect for Jesus and what he stands for. I put a comment back.

Now before this conversation goes any further I need to ask for prayer. I know it's God who saves and not us...please pray the Father draws him towards Jesus and the Holy Spirit convicts him. This is just too good of an opurtuinty to be hasty with. That's why I'm asking for prayer for, let's just call him Mark. I don't know his real name.

Father, my grandfather was given two months to live with cancer in his body and I saw you raise him and completely remove all cancer from his body never to return. I join with Carla and the others asking that you do that for this precious mother and her son. I first of all pray that Jacqui is a member of Your family and that you will extend her life indefinitely to raise this child. I pray that You completely heal her in Jesus name. Thank You for hearing our prayer.

That's wonderful news Amanda.

Everyone, Today my heart is heavy--- I heard some terrible sad news today that i need to ask for prayers for this family...  A young boy by the age of 10 who plays in the same baseball league as my son...his mother has been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer.  The young boys name is Justin.  His father was killed in a motorcycle accident when Justin was just 6 months old.  The mother as a single mom, has been living on government disability assistance because of back problems...and now she has been given only 2 months to live.  It has been arranged, that this young boy will live with his 75 year old grandmother who is living in a senior's pension and faces her own challenges as a cancer survivor herself....

Please pray for the mother--for complete healing (her name is Jacqui), and for this young boys future.  Please also pray for the Grandmother who is assuming full responsibility for his upbringing and wellbeing.  Please pray for peace and support and encouragement...  Thanks...

When children bring their broken toys, in love for God to mend,
I brought my broken dreams to God, because He was my friend.
At last I snatched them back and said, "How can you be so slow?"
"My child," He said, "What could I do you never did let go?" [Anonymous]

"Father, can it be that when we bring our brokenness and woes to you requesting immediate repair and answers; then when wait time seems to be 'forever', we lose hope and question Your ability to help? Can it be that when we make our requests...we really never do let go...not fully trusting to release control to You?

Oh Father, if this be me, I am truly sorry! Please deepen in me the FAITH I need to fully trust in You! Yes, faith, for without it, it is impossible to please You. I acknowledge that You are in full control of my life: past, present, and future! Yeah and Amen, in the Mighty name of Jesus."

Jesus said: "Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye received them, and ye shall have them." [Mark 11:24]

BUT, THERE IS A CONDITION ATTACHED, WHICH WE OUGHT NOT FORGET:

"And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us." 1 John 5:14

I stand with my  praying friends here, believing, trusting, and releasing our every care to our awesome Triune God.
