Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Blessings Dear Friends,

I just wanted to let you know that I have returned from my overseas trip, and also to thank you for holding hubby and I in prayer. Before our flight departed Toronto, we were told to expect turbulance for the first hour of flight...BUT... in silent prayer, I immediately placed  Messiah Jesus  in the Cockpit...His angels  holding up the wings, the presence of the Holy Spirit permeating the cabin, and Father God in total control. End result: the "turbulance" never happened. At least another six times during the 3 1/2 hour flight there were announcements from the Captain of more turbulance ahead...cabin service was stopped; we were refrained from using the toilets, and told to remain in our seats with out seatbelts fastened....GUESS What....no turbulance! I also was aware that my praying friends were holding us in prayers. So a BIG THANK YOU; for Almighty God answers the prayers of His Saints! "Thank You, Father, in the precious Name of Jesus, for my treasured friends here at AAG, and for Your love and compassion.  Please shower each of them with heavenly blessing now and for evermore. Amen."

Love and Hugs,

Lena J

PS I will be back to catch-up on prayer requests. :)

Elaine, my heart is hard right now too. I pray with you that we can renew our faith in our Father who loves us.  I join Amanda, Char, Roy, Chris, Chip, Gena, Dena, Lena, David,  JM, LT and all our Christian brothers and sisters in praise and thanksgiving. May our lives be blessed and our infirmities healed.

AMEN

Amen  sister.  The Lord always bends to listen to our supplication, no matter where we are. I have faith that the Lord answers all our prayers.

Father, thank You for the wonderful time I had with my students today.  I pray that You continue to guide them in their struggle to achieve success both intellectually and spiritually.

Thank You for the gift of life.  I pray for peace in all families so that everyone will come to know the importance of staying together as a family.

Imprint Your Word in our hearts.  Continue to strengthen Char in preparation for her court case.  May you favour her in all things.

Prosper us so that we can be a help to those who cannot fend for themselves.  I pray in the MNJ.    Amen

Father, I glorify Your Name this day for Your faithfulness.  Thank You for Your unconditional love, for Your grace and Mercy.

Forgive us for our grumbling and whinning in the face of trials. Forgive us our tresspasses and help us forgive those who trespass against us.

Help us to face the storms of our lives with the knowledge that You are with us. Open our eyes to see the root causes of our storms and dwell on Your saving grace.

I understand Lord, that there'll always be storms in my life; help me to remember that You are always with me, no matter how big the storm.

Father I pray for blessings for Elaine, Amanda, Char, Roy, Chris, Chip, Gena, Dena, Lena, David,  JM, LT and all whose presence here on AAG make our journey more meaningful and purposeful.  I pray especially for Elaine's family; Ken and his brothers, for Hubert, Ellie and Fred and all the youth neeeding support. Father be their Strength and Shelter in all that they strive for.

Be our refuge from the Storms of life and continue to strengthen our faith in You. I pray in the MNJ.  Amen

Carrie and I are signing divorce papers today. It will be about 30 days before it is final. All it takes in this state is for one spouse to decide that no longer want to be married. There is greater accountability required when one signs a car note. Crazy.

I join all of you in prayer for those in real pain and in need of true healing.

AMEN

Gina,

Thank you for joining us in prayers. We are very glad to have you and your prayer support.

Father, I pray for my friends, Ray and Becky, as Ray continues to fight this cancer in his body. I pray you will give them the confidence they need in their faith to face the scientific community which have so many now opposed to faith. The scientific community is being brow beaten by a few to leave their faith and accept the more politically accepted theory of materialism. Father, I pray that faith will be restored to our communities. Our universities have been forced by our government to remove faith and replaced with this materialistic philosophy of naturalism. I pray for my friends as they face this in their visits. Let them be strong in their faith and represent faith to these different persons. Father, I know this is a long shot but I continue to pray that our scientific community be restored to faith. I pray our universities will leave this hell bound philosophy of naturalism. I pray that Your people will be strong as they face this philosophy of unbelief and represent well Your plan and purpose of life.

Father, we continue to pray for our nation and our leaders. Our governments are growing and growing as they take control of more and more of the lives of the people they serve. Father, we really need Your help and we ask You for it.

We know that You are sovereign and we trust in Your plan. We are grateful that we are Your people and the sheep of Your pasture. We praise You that it is You that controls our destinies and have promised to care for Your people. You will not leave us leaderless but will raise those who will speak faith and comfort to Your people. In Jesus name.
