Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Father, my prayer today is that of Daniel 9:4b - 6 and 17-19

4b "O Lord, You are a great and awesome God! You always fulfil Your promises of unfailing love to those who love You and keep Your commands.

5 "But we have sinned and done wrong.  We have rebelled against You and scorned Your commands and regulations.

6 "We have refused to listen to Your servants the prophets, who spoke Your messages to our kings and princes and ancestors and to all the people of the land...

17  "O Lord our God, listen to your servant's prayer! Listen as I plead, for Your own sake Lord, smile again on Your desolate sactuary.

18  "O my God listen to me and hear my request.  Open Your eyes and see our wretchedness ....we do not ask because we deserve help, but because You are so merciful.

19 "O Lord, hear.  O Lord, forgive, listen and act!  For Your own sake, O my God, do not delay, for Your people and Your city bear your name."

Father, like Daniel we come to You each day with our prayers of supplication.  We come to You and expect answers, not because we are worthy but because we know You are a merciful God.  Look upon us with mercy and compassion, forgive us our sins and deliver us from all evil.

Lord I have seen Your glory in my spheres of my life, for You are a loving God.  Whenever I think all is lost, You are there with solutions.  Father I thank You for being who You are!!

I lift up all prayer requests to You this morning, knowing that You Lord, are in control of our lives.  Bless each one of us here today and guide us to look onto the Cross that Our Lord Jesus Christ bore for our sake and know that through Him, we are saved.  To Him be glory, honour and praise!!!

Thank You Jesus for Your love and generosity.  Father, thank You for such amazing love, that caused You to sacrifice Your only Son for us.  THANK YOU LORD!

"Father God, You are worthy of all praise. Thank You for this morning's reminder about Messiah's miracles of healing. Indeed, Father, Your word is truth and life. Hallelujah to the Lamb!

Father, I am reminded of the words of Isaiah the prophet in reference to Messiah Jesus-- [Isaiah 53:5] "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.'

Also of note, Father, are the words of Messiah Himself, who on several occasions referred to faith as being the thing that made one whole:

  • To the woman with the issue of blood, He said, 'Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. [Matthew 9:22]
  • To the two blind men of Matthew 9:28, Messiah said: 'According to your faith be it unto you'.
  • To one of the 10 lepers who had returned to thank Messiah for his healing, Jesus said: 'Arise, go they way; thy faith hath made thee whole.' [Luke 17:19]
  • To blind Bartimaeus, Messiah said: ' Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole.' [Mark 10:52]

The question Messiah asks: "Believe ye that I am able to do the?" [Matthew 9:28

Loving Heavenly Father, according to Your Living Word, healing depends on one's level of faith in You! Please help us to grow our faith so that we can be healed. With You, all things are possible! Hallelujah!

Dear Holy Spirit, thank You for this marvellous teaching this morning. Thank You for caring! Thank You for strengthening my faith. In Messiah Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."

"And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." {Mark 11:22-24]

Thank You Lord for all the love You pour on us Your children.  Thank You for Your ever presence in our lives.  You are always with us in our sleep and in all our waking moments.  Thank You for bending low to hear us when we cry to You.

As we enter into the weekend, Your faithfulness is revealed in everything around us.  Your protection, travelling mercies, Your comforts in times of worry and Your strength in our  times of weakness is acknowledged and appreciated.  Thank You Lord.

Father, guide us in all that we do today and keep us focussed on You and Your Word.  Bless all my brothers and sisters here on AAG and around the world.  Open our eyes to only see what You want us to see.  May the Passion and suffering of our Lord Jesus Christ be not in vain.

Keep us today from all stains of sin.  I pray in JMN.  AMEN!

THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL ANSWERED PRAYERS.
