Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

God, please heal Gary's ankle. Please strengthen and help Gary. I thank You for showing me those two small pieces missing from his crutch. You care about the little things and the big things. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

Thank you Mary. LT's mother-in-law also suddenly passed away the other day which was quite the shock for the entire family. I'm sure they would appreciate the prayers as well.

From John Oram: This night i bring some prayer requests ,As some will know my wife is manager of a nursing home ,a few days ago one of her nurses was involved in a car accident leaving her paralysed from the neck down ,One person has died and another seriiously injured in the same accident, In a seperate incident one of my wifes carers woke this morning to find her husband had died,Please pray for Gods grace and mercy on all concerned,

Amen. Definitely lifting Ken up sister. I know you feel my pain daily as well as you also suffer with him being in prison. I also lift up all the parents who deal with addicts as children. There are also children who have to deal with parents who are addicts or kin folks on other levels. Regardless, it's just a painful situation. You are in my prayers.

Thank you Elaine. It's going to be nice to have that extra day to sleep in on Monday. I also want to wish everyone a Happy Labor Day as well. Love you all. They said they are bringing Destiny down off of the Detox Medication. I still haven't talked to her. They are taking her 1 day at a time. They don't have a set time which I think is great. They are not putting a time limit on this like it's not a 90-day thing. It's however long it takes. They are also going to teach her job skills as well as teach her job skills & she is going to find sober living there because I told them there is nothing here for her to come back to. She needs to figure this out on her own. So, continue to remember my baby. I do have faith He still has her in His hands.

Oh wow John. It was the Lord that you even called to check on him. Why else would you have even called in that moment. Praise the Lord for He's always on time. I'm lifting Geoff & his wife up right now. Thank you Lord that he no has blood cancer. May he heal quickly & his strength return quickly.

Don't know what's going on with your family Dean but I do know that family means the world to us. I pray they will remain safe & the Lord keeps His arms tight around them. May He give you the strength to carry on as He has designed to be the leader in His will.
