Father God , You have given us Your Word the Bible...it is truth and life. That to me means we ought to stand firm on Your Word, believing. After all we are not strangers to Your good works in us, nor to Your promises. We ought not to be like the waves of the sea.

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding...." Prov 3:5

"Without Faith it is impossible to please God..." Hebrews 11:6

"But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." James 1:6

"A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways..." James 1:8

Jesus Himself said: And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive..." Matthew 21:22 ...

But always keep in mind 1 John 5:14 "And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us..."

And this is what Jesus said about judging others: "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged, and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again." Matt 7:1-2

This is what the Master says about worry: "Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?" Matt 6:27

And here is the toughest of what Jesus had to say: "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you."

Indeed, Father God, these are but a few of Your teachings. Scripture has a whole lot more teachings which to some are offensive, but to those who truly hear Your voice, it is a lifeline.

Father, we know that the Fruit of the Spirit [love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self control]  are already within us. Please help us to us to exercise this truth daily, especially when faced with trying circumstances! Help us to die to self, which will eliminate pride, etc., and cause us to focus only on You, our Triune God. As we decrease, You, Father, will increase in us. Hallelujah!

Praying in the precious name of Yeshua. Amen.

I think she was hiding. When mom and I went up back we seen her. She had some chicken for Baby Daddy. He is a cat that is outside. Don't worry he is safe from danger because there's no way he will go around Betsy or the others. He even runs and hisses when we show up. We call him Baby Daddy because he has the same hiss,the same growl and very similar looks as Ms. Taylor,the baby in the family [we got her as a kitten she will be with us a year next month]. Anyways,we came up and mom was going to give some chicken to baby daddy. Gracie always came when food was in her reach. She suddenly showed up! Praise God!

She must have been hiding behind stuff on our porch.

Please do pray the cat killers;Betsy,her husband,Howie and Mike [I found out from mom today that he helps Howie] find Jesus though.

The first time mom and I went down the ally,didn't see her. The 2nd time dad,mom and I were in the ally. I went a ways up. I seen a flash of fur run by. It looked like her color but it went by so fast into the tall bushes I couldn't tell. I asked and mom said and waited while I got a bag of cat food [Gracie loves hearing that sound]. No cat came out. There was someone who was nice and brought the stray cats in theold rundown garage some hotdogs. The garage was like closed off but atleast I know it's a hiding place for them. We didn't know that until the lady with the hotdogs told us stray cats like to hide in there. Atleast she's nice and doesn't want to kill them. That's nice for a change.
