Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Nothing can separate us from God's love.
Romans 8:35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
One of His greatest promises to us is that nothing can separate us from His love. No tribulation or distress we might ever suffer can obliterate the power of His love to carry us through.
v39) Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I thought this would bless all of you. I've been reading Romancing the Throne (ch. 5) by Larry A. Trammell.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 NIV)
Our Lord referred to Himself as the way, the truth and the life. It has been said that some of the Jews referred to the outer court of the tabernacle or temple as the way, the inner court as the truth and the most holy place as the life. He also draws a relationship to 1 John 2:12-14 (children-outer court; young men-inner court; and fathers-holy of holies)
I was thinking that our Lord showed us how to be temples of the Holy Ghost. That He is the Way the Truth and the Life. He is our Foundation. I'm probably overthinking it again, and they'll have to reset my lessons, but this will take a lot of thought. I had to share. It's so wonderful.

Please pray for my friends on the west coast. The smoke in the air is too much for them and they've requested prayers. I ask for strength and healing. God I ask you to send rain so that the fires go out. Please clean and freshen the air. I lift to God all the brave people fighting fires. Lord, please keep them safe. In Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
