Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Prayer Request: for a child close to me who has suffered horrific trauma and who is now retreating into herself. We are seeking professional help but it is of the world and it isn't doing anything. Am reluctant to seek help through our church as it's too personal and she would be mortified if anyone knew about it. She is now socially isolated and cannot relate to anyone except me. Please pray urgently for her. Thanks Damask.

Today I come and ask for prayer for my fiancee Melanie she is very sad since a call just came in informing her of her grandfather's health in Washington. He has been hospitalized today and I am asking for prayer also for our family since we fight the spiritual warfare that every christian fights.

Good Morning Father, thank you for this day. Father I pray that you pour out your blessing today on all children everywhere who are suffering. Lord I pray that you stifle the enemy's intent today in those who harm kids. Turn them to you with remorseful hearts dear Lord. In Jesus' name I pray. Damask.

Hello Sweeteeyore, sorry to hear you're experiencing attacks by the enemy. I also have them often - have for a long time. One thing I'venoticed is that when you're on a high with God and deep in His presence and love that's when the deceiver puts the boot in. Someone close to me also is attacked regularly and our pastor told us to pray the following: Zechariah 2:5 "For I, saith the Lord will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her". The old saying about when the devil knocks at the door send Jesus to answer it can apply too. Just saying the name of Jesus, over and over, even under your breath, can help get rid of the father of lies. He's a defeated enemy but his time is not quite up yet. What a blessing for those who will live in the thousand years without him. Stay strong. Pray the blood of Jesus over your self and your life. I will put you on my prayer list, and remember Matthew 28:20.... I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Claim that promise! God bless, Damask

Father, You are our strength and help in times of need. If there's anything that we need, we don't have to look any further than You. I lift Janet and Ed to God and ask for healing for them, that their health is restored. Father, please send ministering angels to hug and comfort them. I ask that they are strengthened. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I ask God to heal your household. Father, please place Your hands of protection about the people and the animals. And I ask God to keep you in His perfect peace and that you are all strengthened. I also ask God to send ministering angels to hug and comfort everyone. In Jesus' name, Amen.
