Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Dear Paula,
I pray that the hand, the strenght and the love of God walks with you in these difficult times. God knows what you need and has a plan for you. Seek him in all that you do and look for the answers in the scriptures. I have faith in God and He will be there if you continue your relationship with you husband or not.
Talk your husband of 30 years. Ask the question why and then let the Lord and the Holy Spirit speak to him you husband.
I pray for you Paula because when we hurt we hurt internaly and externally. I found so much love here and healing with all the believers. So will you.

Please pray for us. I just found out that my husband wants a divorce, I am more than just a little shocked and devastated by this. The pain is deeper than I've ever experienced. This comes on the heels of being turned down for the job I was so hoping for and you guys and I were praying for (thank you again so much for your prayers!). I know our Lord is listening while I cry and pray about this but I feel so very alone. I have been married to Wally for close to 30 years now and I pray daily for the Lord not to call Wally home without me because we love(d) each so much I can't imagine my life without him. I guess I was wrong on how much Wally loved me. He's never shown any signs of that not being the case. Please, please pray that the truth be shown and known in this situation; I don't understand what is going on here and pray for understanding, peaceful resolution, and truth and the strength to deal with it. You are most gracious, Lord. You heal our broken hearts. You care for all our needs. You immerse us in Your glory for Your glory's sake. Lord, as we fix our eyes on You, we realize the things of this life of very temporary and that which is of most importance is eternal. Thank You, Lord that all our sins are forgiven and that we belong to You. Jesus, we love You and thank You. Amen.
