Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

`You have seen what I did to the Egyptians. You know how I brought you to myself and carried you on eagle's wings.

5 Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the nations of the earth; for all the earth belongs to me.

6 And you will be to me a kingdom of priests, my holy nation.' Give this message to the Israelites."  Exodus 19:4-6

If we continue to do what he says all these blessings shall follow us always because he is faithful he always does what he has promises. Father God help us to be faithful like You.

I am in aggreement to the prayers of sister Lena, God bless You sister.

Amen, Lina. You are a faithful warrior. I am in agreement with you in this prayer for Char. I also pray that our Lord would help Edward in his turmoil with his former boss. I pray that he will find complete forgiveness in his heart for this man. In Jesus name.

Father, I thank You for what You do in our lives and I thank You specifically for Char at this moment in time.  Dear Lord, grant her travel mercies and take her safely home.  Guide her thoughts and actions so that whatever decisions she make, may be to the glory of Your great name.  Protect her from all anxieties and guide her through the right path.  Bless her family and continue to bind them in Your love in JMN I pray.  Amen.

Char, always remember that you are loved and we serve a faithful God.

Remain blessed!

Father, I thank You for this beautiful family here at AAG.  Please bless Elaine, Amanda, Roy, Dan, David, Char, Choco, Chris, Lizzie. Lena, Dena, Christopher, Jay, JM, Tammy, LT, Sathish, Feetbreeze, Christine, Graham and all those whose names I can't remember right now.  Dear Lord bless their families and all their loved ones.  Satisfy their needs so that may be a blessing to those in need.

Father we are all at Your mercy and we know that Your unconditional love for us always draws us to Your throne of grace.  Bind us together in this love, so that together we spread the good news of Your second coming to all around us.  Keep us safe so that when You return, You will find us worthy of Your kingdom.

I ask for forgiveness for all our sins and the sins of the whole world.  Help us to live exemplary lives so that those who do not yet know You may see You in our words and our deeds.

I pray that all the leaders of our countries may lead according to Your will and not their own.  Take control of their thoughts and their actions so that they rule in love and in fairness.

Father, deliver all the youth who have some form of addiction. Guide them all to Your throne of grace and protect them from the evils of this world.  I pray in the mighty Name of Jesus.  Amen.

Dear Father, I thank You and glorify Your holy name this day. Lord, I adore You and praise You. Everything I have come from You, help me Lord to give them back to You without holding back.  Thank You for the love and care, for all the grace and mercy bestowed upon us Your children.

Sin separates me from You, Lord guide my ways so that I may not falter.  I offer You, my thoughts, my words and all that I do. Help me to be selfless and give of myself to those who need my help this day. Many times I become weary of the prblems around me.  I surrender all my worries to You because You have promised that I should cast my burdens onto You and You will give me rest. You are my rest and my salvation, help me never to lose sight of You.

Father, I lift up all my brothers and sisters here at AAG. Each of us have our share of troubles, but we know that You are a God who saves.  Save us from ourselves. I pray that You fill us with Your kind of love for each other.  Let Your love guide us towards your will in JMN I pray. Amen.

Elaine,

I think I misses Dan and Ken in court. I join you in prayer for them. In Jesus name.

"Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and Earth and all that is, Hallowed be Your name. Thank You for the many blessings which You so loving bestow to us. Help us to see even our trials as blessings.

How comforting the words of Psalm 34:19 -- 'Many are the afflictions of the righteous; but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.' Hallelujah!

Indeed, Lord, in the journey of life, we will face various troubles and trials; but the blessing is, You will be with us throughout; for You promised never to leave us nor forsake us!

Many times I have been frustrated and confused when I, in my own strength, tried to face my struggles alone. But always, by the gentle promptings of the Holy Spirit, I surrender and turn to Him for assistance...and He takes control of the situation. Hallelujah! Blessed relief and joy! 'O what needless pain we bear...all because we do not carry...everything to God in prayer.'

Thank You, Father, for the patience and loving kindness of the Holy Spirit. Thank You for reminding us of the Higher Power available to us when we ask. Thank You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. Thank You for the words of James 1:12 -- 'Blessed is the man that endureth temptation [trial]; for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love Him." Your love for us is awesome. Thank You, Father, in Jesus precious name, Amen."

Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
Are we weak and heavy-laden,
Cumbered with a load of care?

What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer!
Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh, what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer!

[Extractions from the Hymn What a Friend We Have in Jesus: Penned by Joseph Scriven, 1857]

"My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation. He is my defence; I shall not be moved." Psalm 62:5,6

Abundant Blessings to all!

Father,

We are experiencing very dry conditions in parts of our land. You have said:

Jer 3:2 "Look up to the barren heights and see.
Is there any place where you have not been ravished?
By the roadside you sat waiting for lovers,
sat like a nomad  in the desert.
You have defiled the land
with your prostitution and wickedness.
3 Therefore the showers have been withheld,
and no spring rains have fallen. NIV

Have we forsaken You to the point that Israel had forsaken You? Are we running after different loves? We are so wealthy yet without You we are nothing. Has the church forsaken You? The church is the most wealthy institution in the world. Yet, it cannot exist without You. The church speaks, "I am rich and need nothing." Yet, we know it is wretched and fallen. Help us, Lord, to return to You. In Jesus name.
