Father,

I also pray for those on the east coast that are facing devastation.  It appears the storm is going to strongly affect Pennsylvania, New York and the surrounding area. Father, help us to realize that You still control this world. I thank You that You are still the Creator and Controller of this universe. Keep Your people safe in You.

I pray that You will help Feetleaves in her situation with her parents. Let them come to a saving knowledge of Jesus.

Father, I pray for our election. I pray for our country. We have become so arrogant in our sinful ways. I pray for all those that are speaking to the point of bringing us back to You. Help their campaigns and help their voices not to be drowned out. In Jesus name.

Please, I'm despertely in need to ask for prayers...

Where do I really begin? It didn't start today. It started a day/few days ago.

I was concerned. I didn't want "Maria", the one who has taken me to church[I want to use a different name in case she's reading this]/ to have to waste gas to get here and I wouldn't be here [I didn't think she knew what time I was going to church since it was earlier and that my parents were taking me]. There seemed like times that we could get into contact with her/her husband. Every time was a failer.

You may wonder what about the phone? I don't know. I asked her last Sunday and she said their phone line was messed up or something. Her husband was able to get into contact with my uncle though and go to a bar the other day...I don't know why we can't just have the phone number [Maria said the phone was messed up yet I'm hearing that the number was changed]. Well, dad told me not to worry. I figured things would be alright after we'd see Maria at church. Things would get straightened out by than. Right?

Wrong. I kept looking. No Maria. She knew I was going to be baptized. since she asked last week if I was excited about it. Today I asked someone in the church [she is like one of the staff in church] if she seen her. Nope.

I really hope my mom was wrong. She thinks someone was talking lies to Maria. And that Maria might have believed those lies. She thinks she might have told Maria the big lie. What's the big lie? Well, "Laura" called the police on me when I was in 10th grade. I almost went to jail/prison. She falsly accused me of something. I'd rather not say what though. Now mom thinks Laura may have blabbed to Maria and told her that lie. Is this what happened? I have no idea if Laura lied about it again and told Maria or not.

I'm also concerned. Maria knew I was going to be baptized. Did she show up like she usually does and my parents and I were already gone? If so is she now really mad at me? Why didn't she show up at church today for morning service...

I'm now falling into sin. Why? Because dad told me not to worry about it. I'm disobeying him by worrying...

I'm not sure if dad was joking or if he actually liked church. I know mom didn't like it though...This church upsets her. She really doesn't want dad to go though [yet again I don't know if he was joking or wanted to go back or not]. Please pray for mom;she's had a really hard life...

As for a baptism. People are supposed to be excited. Was I? Not like I was suppose to be. I was filled with too much worry...This was suppose to be like a new start. Jesus was healing me of my past wounds. Things were going better. It was a time I could finally confess Him before men and have a new start. With so much going on I was filled with so much worry I wasn't really excited when the pastor was baptizing me...:sighs:

Father in Jesus Name i Thank You and Praise Your Name.  Lord let us understand weakness.  It has nothing to do with pride.  Weakness is the knowledge we are not able to always be who or what we want.  Or, who we believe You want us to be.  No weakness is letting You and others help us.  Weakness is knowing we cannot always be, yet through humility we are able to be helped by others.  Helped by Your Spirit.  Grace is a Power that is received.  The weak are strengthened by Grace.  The prideful are not able to see or understand the need for Grace and Mercy.  Lord I Thank You for You are continuing to Teach me to not be afraid of weakness.  For Your Protection is Always there for us.  I Bless You Holy Name.

Father,

Amen. Forgive us our sins. I also pray for our pastors this day. I pray that they will be led by Your Spirit to speak truth, love, forgiveness, mercy and grace. I pray that the hearts of Your people will be blessed this day. I pray that we will come closer to You. I pray that those who are not able to attend services will feel Your comfort. I am very grateful for Your love and forgiveness. Help all here to find peace in their hearts. Cleanse us from all our guilt.

I pray for our families. I pray for Ken and Hubert and all others that might be struggling. You are a very gracious God. I pray for our election that is upcoming. I pray that people will vote for morality, truth, and justice more than just economics.

Thank You, Father. In Jesus name.

On another forum we were discussing the upcoming election. I posted this prayer and want to pray it with you as well. I am sorry that our campaign's have so little about God being mentioned. He is no longer the center of our nation. I am praying for all the nations. We need Jesus to come either physically or in power of the Spirit. I am very grateful for the wonderful miracles taking place on this site. I am asking God to continue to bless and meet the needs of our people here. In Jesus name.

Amen. Father, I pray for our nation. At one time it was a shining beacon of Your love to the whole world. It was a very special nation. It was a nation that honored You. Our motto is still, "In God we trust," yet it appears we have moved away  from that. When 9/11 hit, we all sang "God Bless America" and packed the churches. Today, we are right back to pre 9/11 attitudes but maybe worse. I do not know whose God Romney's is. It bothers me that some believe the Jesus was Lucifer's brother and that You were once a man. Father, if Romney wins, may this be a time that Mormonism comes into the true light of the Gospel and Your Word. I pray for our leaders. May that become conscious that You still rule this world and that civilizations rise and fall at Your command. Father, raise up every Christian nation to be Godly nations. Heal this great suffering in this world. Jesus, You have promised to come back. We are ready. If it is not time for Your physical return, we pray for revival. May our hearts be returned to You. In the name of our Lord, Amen.

O Holy Spirit, take me as thy disciple; guide me, illuminate me and Sanctify me.  Bind my hands that I may not do evil. Cover my eyes that I may not see it. Sanctify my heart that evil may not rest within me.  Be my God and my guide!

Thank You for coming to live in my heart.  I love You Lord and I'll follow You wherever You lead me. 

Thank You for Your grace and mercy on me and on all my friends.  May Your name be glorified all over the world. In Jesus name I pray.  Amen!

Lord I thank You for Your faithfulness.  You always keep Your promise that You will be with us always.  Thank You for the peace You've granted to Ellie and for her to accept her situation, knowing that You are in control.  Forgive me Lord for given in to panic anytime I face trials involving my children.  Help me Lord to always trust Your judgement whenever I am faced with trials.I definitely cannot function without Your saving grace,  Thank You Lord for Your love for us inspite of our weaknesses.  Whenever we stray from the straight and narrow way, please accept us back the way You always do, for i know You never give up on us.

Father, I lift up Elaine, Roy, Char, Amanda, Liz, Choco, Chris, David, Richard, Chip, Sathish, Christopher, Ramona and all members of this big family on AAG to Your throne of grace.  Sanctify them all in Jesus' Name!

All glory is Yours for all that You do for us on AAG.  Lord I thank You for all answered prayers. Bless our children, our families and fill us with Your love. Lord bless all nations preparing for elections this year with Your choice of leadership. I praise You Lord for Your faithfulness. I pray for peace in our hearts, our lives, our families, all nations and in the whole universe in the MNJ i pray. Amen

Amen to all these prayers, Father.

May we all continue to grow in You and become that person that You have ordained us to be. May we more emulate Your Son and find joy and peace in You and love and harmony with one another. May it be as Amanda as spoken on another forum that we help carry one another's burdens. Help us to release ourselves into You.

Bless those who are our leaders and cause them to make decisions that favor our loved ones. Father, may we find solutions to the terrible hate that permeates our world. May there be peace in Your Kingdom this day. May we all love one another and prefer one another. In Jesus name.

Father, I thank you for Elaine, whose words come as a comfort to me this day. I know that we draw strength from You in our time of weakness.  Thank You for Your love and grace upon us.  Let this day be a day of achieveme of great things for Ellie.  Let Your light shine before her in everything she does this day.  Father please show her what to do. Fill her with Your joy, the kind of joy that overshadows all worries.

Lord, I pray for all our children that are facing some sort of problem.  Guide Ken and Hubert in their thoughts today so that our hopes and joys become praise offerings to You Lord.  Forgive us our sins as You guide us to forgive those who offend us.  Favour us with Your blessings today and forevermore, in the Mighty Name of Jesus. AMEN.
