Greetings Prayer Room Participants,

Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.

There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.

Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.

If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.

(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Lord Bless,

LT

Father,

I thank You for these beautiful prayers. I know You are hearing our prayers. I also believe You are inspiring them. I believe they are making a difference. I thank You for these saints. Father, bless these as we carry one another's burdens. I thank You that we all are a part of Your wonderful family - that You have blessed us with the authority to be called Your children. We are grateful and thankful that our names are written in that Book of Life that You have. That is blessing enough but You are blessing us even more. Thank You for the healings and help You are giving these Your children. I do pray for Amanda's mother. Be near to her and keep her safe.

Father, I thank You for each one here. In Jesus name.

MartyP, don't worry, I have made the mistake only with another Lina who is in Canada I believe. So, we have two Lina's and a Lena. One Lina is from Africa and the other is from Canada. I hope that helps. All three are great saints of God. Correct me if I am wrong, Lena, but the Lina we are missing is from Africa, right? Wait a minute, I think both one of the Lina's and Lena are from Canada. Right?

Remember Sandra in the Philippines as well.

"Loving Heavenly Father, Your love allows us to come boldly before Your Throne of Grace with words of praise and thanks for all that you have done, and continue to do for us. Hallelujah!

We also come with petitions, Lord, as we seek healing favour for self and others. Thank You for patiently hearing our petitions. Oftentimes, Father, we do not know if our requests are in accordance with Your will; here we ask for Your compassion and understanding; for it's just that we do not like to see others in distress.

Thank You for the many brothers and sisters here; thank You for drawing us together; thank You for reminding us that life is not merely about us, it is about You. Thank You for the many trials we face; for You intend them to mature us...to prepare us for helping others whom You will place in our paths. Your wisdom, Lord, is much, much higher than ours, and we are wanting to be obedient children, desiring to serve You.

Thank You for the Holy Spirit who lives in us; who daily teaches us Your way through promptings and convictions. Thank You for Messiah Jesus, in whose name we pray. Amen."

Precious Sis Marty: Everyone enjoys a compliment...but alas, I have to admit I'm not the Lena that should receive your sweet compliment...I think it's meant for the other Lina...who is away at the moment. :)

Anyway, I have another inspirational word for you from the book of James 1:2,3 "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into diverse temptations [trials]; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience."

You are an amazing child of God. I really love that you truly stand firm on His Word.

"Father, thank You for precious Marty whom You are using as Your instrument to teach us Your way, and to remind us that You will never leave us nor forsake us, as long as we put our faith and trust in You. Help us to follow Marty's example to stand firm on Your Word, for it is truth and life.

Thank You also for my faithful brothers and sisters here; their loving kindness and prayers are healing to the soul. In the mightly name of Messiah Jesus, Amen."

Thank you all for remembering Arnie.  She is struggling with a few things.  Having her wrist and arm wrapped with a splint, is posing difficulties as anyone who has broken bone will know.  Knowing others are lifting her up, and Praying for her, continues to bring her Joy and Comfort.  When we know others are Praying for us, that knowledge has a Powerful effect.  As we all know and love that wonderful Truth.  Prayer for others is a beautiful example of, Faith with Love.  I do Thank you All so much.

Amen, thank you Martyp for reminding us about Sandra and the storm. I also join with you in prayer that she is okay and that she will soon be restored to AAG. We need her.

God has a plan for our lives. I thank You, Father, that even at times we seem disillusioned by what You are doing, we know You are watching out for us and caring for us. We are grateful for what You are doing. Forgive our weakness and help us to grow stronger and stronger. Thank You for the gift of righteousness through Your Son, Jesus. In Jesus name.

As in the times of past, we are a audience to His Loving Hands at work on our behalf.  Inspired impart by your Prayers, and again I want to Thank you All for your Prayers.  She has to wait for the swelling to go down before she see the Dr.  So that will be Tuesday.  Lord Bless you all so much, and we love you all for all that you do.

Marty, we are all praying for you during this time. Thank you for sharing with us. We will help you carry this. You will get through it and come out better for it. In Jesus name. I am very grateful that we have so many that are willing to set aside a part of their day to lift the needs of one another to God.

Chris, I also pray for Arnie and your finances. I pray that Arnie will be healed and blessed in spirit. I pray she is able to find peace and joy. I know things can be very tough but our God is tougher still. He will bless you in all this. In Jesus name.

Father, I thank You that You are always listening and ready to act. I thank You that You are acting on our behalf even when we do not see that. Today, I pray for our children and our children's children and their children as well. May they all be solid in faith and love for one another. Bless those that they will someday marry. Keep them in the faith as well. Keep all our children in Your love. Protect them from the onslaught of evil on TV, schools, radio and every avenue that Satan uses to attach them. Keep them all safe. I pray for their protection. I ask you to meet the need of my daughter-in-law. In Jesus name.

Father, You are very good to Your people. Help us all to be unified in the faith. In Jesus name.

Blessings Sis Marty: I enjoyed your questioning the Lord about why you haven't fallen apart from what seems like trials you're facing. I just had to share this Bob Gass devotional with you which answers your questions.

"So don't worry at all about having enough food and clothing. Your Heavenly Father already knows perfectly well that you need them, and He will give them to you if you give Him first place in your life and live as He wants you to. Don't be anxious about tomorrow! God will take care of your tomorrow too. Live one day at a time." [Matt 6:31-34 TLB]

HE HAS GIVE YOU ENOUGH STRENGTH FOR TODAY,

SO PLACE TOMORROW IN HIS HANDS!

[A Bob Gass Devotional]

Some time ago, I read this little poem:

Said the robin to the sparrow, "Friend, I simply do no know

Why these anxious human-beings rush around and worry so,"

Said the sparrow the robin, "Friend, I think that it must be

That they have no heavenly Father such as cares for you and me."

Don't pull in the roof of tomorrow over your head today. God wants you to learn today...steps of growth He wants you to take today...blessings He wants you to enjoy today. But you can't experience any of them if you're focused on tomorrow, if you're anxious over the future.

God has taught you to "live in the moment". He is teaching you to enjoy the opportunities and the experiences that are in your life just now. Don't miss your kids growing up. Don't miss a chance to reach out with love to someone who is hurting. Don't miss the flowers at your feet or the stars above your head, as you rush through another day. And whatever you do, don't miss a chance to stop, thank the Lord, listen to His Word and fellowship with Him. Don't just work for Him...spend time with Him!

END OF DEVOTIONAL

And so say I to both robin and sparrow:

               "Friends, you missed the exception;

For here is Marty who truly has

A heaven Father such as cares for her!"

Abundant Blessings, Marty. You are in Father's hands for sure!

Father in Jesus Name I lift up my little Sister Marty.  I thank You for Your Wisdom, that she will clearly see why, what, and how.  That Your Peace rest on her, and that she will know what to do.

In Jesus Name I come against the enemy.  your plans have already begun to fail.  Already begun to fall apart.  The Love her Heavenly Dad has for her is the Strongest force in her life.  His Love for her Protects, Guides, and Blesses her, and so much more.  Father that Your Handy Work is, has, and will continue to operate for her benefit, and brings Glory to our Lord all at the same time.  I Thank You again for all things in her life, in Jesus Name Amen.
