Greetings Prayer Room Participants,
Something has been brought to my attention that I need to address. It is our desire for this room to be a place to bring prayer requests and to ask for brothers and sisters in Christ to stand with us in our time of need. At the same time we need to be mindful of how we pray. By this, I mean that though we want to pray positively for others we need to be very careful regarding the language we use, especially when the request we are praying for involves another person who is part of the reason the prayer requests is being brought forth. We need to choose our words wisely and make sure that we are not digressing into a situation where we are name calling or accusing another of being of the devil.
There are number of factors I could go over, but think it not wise to give to much attention to negative actions and will simply encourage us to focus on the request and laying it before God without accusing another. For in any request our goal must always be a righteous outcome of which only God can know the exact answer that is needed in any situation.
Because this is a serious situation that can lead to other problems for individuals and TheNET our team will need to monitor the Prayer Room more closely and will need to remove remarks that appear to be derogatory.
If you see any comments that appear questionable please inform me immediately. You will stay anonymous and I will make the final judgment on the comment in question.
(NEW) Because this is an open group that is visible to the worldwide web we need to refrain from using names when praying for others without their permission.

Almighty Father. Creator. Sinner that I am I give thanks for my many blessings. Thank you Father for you love and grace. Thank you for your gift of the Holy Spirit, may we all hear your voice today. Father I know you are working in our lives. Please Father grant us wisdom and peace today and always. In Jesus name.

Father,
Your Word is the final say for all nations and all peoples. You reach out to people but they continue and continue to reject You. You bring down and You raise up. But Your Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Help us all to realize that we are a part of another Kingdom and not the kingdoms of this earth. Our hope is in You and not in the political powers of our choices. All rail against You. Regardless of who is in power, they will not submit to Your Law.
I think of Josiah. He discovered the Word and found how opposed to the Word his nation was. Father, we need a Josiah. I pray that Your Word will once again be found in our land. We use it to swear in our leaders but fail to open it to see what it says. We fail to follow the guides laid out for us throughout the generations and fail to learn the perils of refusing Your Law. We are lost in a world of ingrates. Today, we consider it cool to mock Your Word. We teach our children that Your Word is not true. We spend billions of dollars to disprove Genesis. We say on our millions and millions of dollars expeditions that we are seeking to find the origin of life. Father, Your Word is true and it will never be proven wrong. Help Your people to resist the pressures of this nation to ignore Your Word. Help them to stay strong and alert and the devil prowls to destroy the faith of our children. Help us to remain diligent on our watch. Help us not to be the generation that gives up because of the tremendous pressure of our leaders to forsake the Gospel.

Also pray because sadly more and more churches and people who say they are Christians are turning against Israel. :(

Father, I pray for this city, Sasolburg South Arica. I pray that whoever is causing these riots would be stilled. I pray for peace. In Jesus name.
Thank You, Father, for our sister Lina who lives there in South Africa and starts the day off praying for us all. The time zone difference is such a blessing. I pray for peace in this nation.
Father, I know You are at work in our world. I know You have sent warning after warning calling us to return to You and yet we seem to drift further and further away. Almost all have forsaken Your Word. Father, I pray for forgiveness and mercy. I pray You would help us to return.
I stand in agreement with Lina on the prayer requests for all. In Jesus name.

Thank You Lord for this new day and the long for the much needed rain. Lord, I offer You this day my thoughts, words and actions, that they may be to the glory of Your great Name.
Father I lift up my family and all families to Your throne of grace, that love, unity and peace may reign in all families. Look with favour upon us all and grant each one here on AAG, their needs from Your great store of mercy.
Father, forgive our sins and deliver us from all the ills of this world. Help us to live lives that bring glory to Your Name and help us up when we fall. I pray for all thse in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, You are holy and worthy of our praise. I am so grateful for the life You have given me. Your grace abound in us all especially in those who call You FAther. No matter how hard we try, we cannot understand Your ways. I know Father, You never allow anything we cannot handle to happen to us. Chris is the apple of Your Eye and You know what he is going through right now. Continue to strengthen his faith in You, for You never fail us. I lift him and his family up to You at this crucial time in their life. Sustain them and provide them with their needs.
Lord, I lift Robby onto Your throne of grace. Few men have the courage to endure what he is going through, but I know Your grace abounds in him. Favour him and give him his heart's desire; the desire to keep his family together. I pray for blessings on all who are in need of special favour from You; heal the sick, bring comfort to the afflicted and bring relief to those in agony. Bless Elaine and bring success to Amanda in her coming exams. Father, Char is waiting on You. Lord let her court case end successfully. I pray for blessings for Roy, Liz and all my brothers and sisters in this prayer room. I pray with thanksgiving in the MNJ. Amen.

Almighty Father, You are Holy and powerful. Creator of the Universe. I confess that I am a sinner and I fail to live up to my desire to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
