Irrational thoughts attack when tired, results in irrational worries. Please Pray

All My life I've had trouble with irrational thoughts.  It seems like since I got older I've been able to control them better.  But I still go through times when I'm tired they seem to attack my mind, and the result is worry over irrational things.  Then I haft to pray about it, and try my best to talk sense into myself.

I want prayer because I know that I need to do better keeping me stable.  I hope that makes sense...

Praying.  But don't let it get you down.  It happens to all of us.  We're weakest when we're tired.  I lose focus so easily when I'm tired and find I have to keep pulling my thoughts back that seem to keep drifting off in areas I don't want to go.  My mind can drum up all types of what ifs and what happeneds, things that may never happen and things I can't go back and change.  This is where we guard our thoughts.  We just keep reeling them back in and focusing on Christ.  But it can be quite aggravating for sure.

AMEN SEEK, I AM PRAYING .

MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YA,MY GOOD FRIEND.GOD BLESS YOU!!
