FASTING AND PRAYING

why is it important for us to fast and pray,i know that some of us can't fast at all ,if we dont fast and pray and acknowledge the creator then how do we expect to recieve gods manifestation,divine healing upon us and our family,please read ISAIAH CH 58 it relates to about TRUE FASTING AND MATTHEW CH 6 IT RELATES TO ABOUT PRAYING
