Comment by MYu on August 8, 2011 at 12:00am: I've been guilty of expecting HIM to always speak to me like MAGIC and FIREWORKS... but sometimes it can be that gentle nudge in your heart and a silent Eureka in your mind.

Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a f...ire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave.

Then a voice said to him, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”

vs24 When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, Because the Lord is the One who holds his hand.

The person in whom God delights is the one who follows God, trusts Him, and tries to do His will. God watches over and makes firm every step that person takes. If you would like to have God direct your way, then seek His advice before you step out.

Comment by Christopher Kendall on August 2, 2011 at 6:00am: In all thing we must not be be disapointed in life for in Christ we have all we need for He will never leave us or forsake us for when we see only one set of foot prints that is saying when we are alone it is then He is careing us as we fix our thoughts and eyes on Christ for before we love Him He Loved us and came in the likeness of man so that He can sypithise with us as our high preist and is praying for us. Amen!!!
