Right now my verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9 My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness. Please pray for me.

Gods ways are not our ways ands thoughts our not our thoughts

all our hopes of eternal life are built upon him; and Christ is in us the hope of glory. for it is more blessed to give then to receive as God gave His Son Jesus in a manger that we may have Salvation Gods timing for His birth to when He was crucified and raised to Eternal Life

Christ the Savior is born! HE became man and lived among us so that we may have the truth, the way, and the life.  Rest in the glory that HE died so that we may live.  May you sleep in that Heavenly Peace, YOU are saved because God's LOVE is infinite ! MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my friends here in AAG.

Only by being connected to Christ through faith can anyone have eternal life, and only through a continuing connection with Him can anyone have power for living.

Colossians 1:5 because of the hope laid up for you in heaven, of which you previously heard in the Word of truth, the gospel vs6 which has come to you, just as in all the world also it is constantly bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you heard of it and understood the grace of God in truth

Paul says our hope is laid up in heaven because as believers we know that our future destination and salvation are sure.

Amen my sister in Christ. Our Lord and Savior is the light that shines eternal.

Fundamentally,
Our Lord's message was Himself.
He did not come merely to preach a Gospel....He himself is that Gospel.
He did not come merely to give bread...........He said, "I am the bread."
He did not come merely to shed light............He said, "I am the light."
He did not come merely to show the door......He said, "I am the door."
He did not come merely to name a shepherd...He said, "I am the shepherd."
He did not come merely to point the way.......He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life."

Colossians 3:1-2 Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

vs2 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.

Setting our minds on things above means striving to put heaven's priorities into daily practice. Setting our minds on things above means concentrating on the eternal rather than the temporal.

Philippians 4:9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Read, hear, know, and put into practice the Word of God. Know what a passage means, and live out that meaning.

1 John 1:7 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Cleansing from sin comes from Jesus, the "Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world".

Jesus died for the sins of the world. When we commit our lives to Christ and thus identify ourselves with Him, His death becomes ours. He has paid the penalty for our sins, and His blood has cleansed us. Just as Christ rose from the grave, so we rise to a new life of fellowship with Him.
